The Role: EFL Teacher (Kids & Adults)
We are seeking enthusiastic, skilled, and qualified English as a Foreign
Language (EFL) teachers to work with our diverse group of learners at ARKON
EDUCATION GROUP. Whether you enjoy working with children or prefer
teaching adults, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a vibrant

As an EFL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality
English lessons to both kids and adults, creating engaging and dynamic lesson
plans, and ensuring that each student’s learning needs are met. You will be part of a
supportive team that is dedicated to delivering the best educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver English language lessons to children and adult learners
Tailor lessons to meet individual and group learning needs
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Utilize modern teaching methods, technology, and resources to enhance
the learning experience
Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to improve teaching
methods and student outcomes
Qualifications:
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL certification (mandatory)
Additional language certifications or teaching qualifications (preferred)
Experience
Proven experience in teaching English to children and/or adults
Previous experience in an international school or language center
(preferred)
Strong lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management skills
