This data sheet which is part of CAA Type Certificate No. FA63 prescribes conditions and limitations under
which the product, for which the type certificate was issued, meets the airworthiness requirements of the Civil
Aviation Authority.

NOTE:As a consequence of Type Certificate transfer from Raytheon Corporate Jets, Inc. to Raytheon
Aircraft Company on 1st August 1995, Type Certificate number BA9 and its associated data sheet have
been superseded by this document for control of 125 products imported into the United Kingdom.

UK Certification from 1st August 1995 is based on FAA Certification together with compliance with UK
Additional Requirements for Import (see page 2).

MINIMUM CREW:
HS 125 Series 400 The minimum flight crew is two, consisting of one pilot and one other person
HS 125 Series 600 holding a flight crew licence. This other person is required to operate the
HS 125 Series 700 emergency MANUAL CABIN ALTITUDE CONTROL which is not accessible to
& variants the pilot. For flights within controlled airspace, this other person shall hold a
Private Pilot's Licence or a Commercial Pilot's Licence or a Senior Commercial
Pilot's Licence or an Airline Transport Pilot's Licence or a Flight Navigator's
Licence, together with a Flight Radio Telegraphy or Telephony Operator's
Licence.

BAe 125 Series 800 The minimum flight crew is two pilots.

BAe 125 Series 1000 The minimum flight crew is two pilots.

Hawker 800XP The minimum flight crew is two pilots.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS/PASSENGERS:
Number of persons, including crew, for the HS 125 Series 600, the variant model F600, the HS 125 Series 700,
the BAe 125 Series 800, BAe 125 Series 1000 and Hawker 800XP is not to exceed 17.

Number of persons, including crew, for the HS 125 Series 400 and the variant models 401, 403 and F400 is not
