I fully understand and accept that my Home Title- Deed/ Car Mulkiya for the loan will not be released before the receipt of a written confirmation from
the Bank for the acceptance of this loan Pre-payment request . I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agree and acknowledge that this request is not
intended to and shall not affect any rights or remedies available to the Bank relating to the loan. I hereby irrevocably agree and acknowledge that all
terms and conditions of my loan agreement, shall continue in full force and effect unless and until confirmed otherwise-by the Bank. I agree and
acknowledge that I am aware of , and fully understand the changes I am requesting through this form, including without limitation, the effect on my
loan contract and repayment schedule, including tenure and installment. I agree and acknowledge that these changes to my existing loan agreement
are bounded by regulatory changes from time to time. I am fully aware and I understand the options selected require prior approval from the Bank.
I hereby irrevocably agree and undertake to pay any early settlement charges and all due interest accrued on the re-payment relating to the loan until
the settlement of the loan is evident by the Bank in writing.
