ACTIVITY
Description: The Student General Meeting is an important gathering designed to
foster communication and collaboration among students, faculty, and
administration. During this meeting, attendees will discuss key topics
affecting the student body, share updates on ongoing projects, and
address any concerns or suggestions from students. It aims to
encourage participation, build community, and ensure that every voice is
heard in shaping the educational experience. All students are
encouraged to attend and engage in open dialogue.
Objective/s: To foster open communication among students, address pressing
issues, encourage collaboration on initiatives, and enhance the
overall student experience by sharing ideas, resources, and
feedback in a supportive environment.

Reviewed essential school rules regarding attendance,
punctuality, and academic integrity.
Reminded students of the significance of adhering to dress code
policies and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.
Outlined consequences for rule violations while also emphasizing
the support systems available for students needing help.
Results/Output The Student General Meeting provided an effective platform for
students to connect with their leadership and discuss critical issues
impacting their educational experience. Continued engagement and
participation from the student body will be essential for achieving a
positive campus culture.

Don Antonio Lee Chi Uan Integrated School held their second student general
meeting last December 10,2024, it is a very important event in the academic calendar that
promotes engagement and communication among students, faculty, and administration. It serves
as a platform for discussing pressing issues, sharing ideas, and fostering a sense of community
within the educational environment. The student meeting plays a crucial role in the academic
ecosystem. With students representing diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and aspirations, the
meeting facilitates a dialogue that can lead to meaningful changes within the institution. The
meeting serve as an effective communication channel between students and the administration.
SSLG of Don Antonio Lee Chi Uan Integrated School headed by Mrs. Jarren Policarpio are
the organizer of the program. The meeting focus on the discussion of disciplines, behavior and
metal health of learners inside and outside of school premises, also the principal discuss the rules
and regulation inside the school and the most awaiting event of school like Christmas party and
educational tour.
