RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Deed is made at Faridabad on 07.01.2025 between SMT. PUSHPA
RAWAT, W/O- SH. S.K.RAWAT R/O- 178, SUBHASH COLONY, TEHSIL- CAMP
PANIPAT, HARYANA-132103. Hereinafter called the first party / landlady.

SMT. SEEMA KUMARI, W/O- SH. AJAY HARSHANA AND SH. AJAY HARSHANA ,
S/O- SH. BASANT LAL HARSHANA PERMANENT RESIDENCE OF RAM LEELA
GROUND, SHERGARH, CHHATA, MATHURA- 281404 PRESENTLY RESIDING AT
:- C-209, RAIL VIHAR, SECTOR-45, FARIDABAD, HARYANA-121010. Hereinafter
called the Second Party / Tenants, whereas expressions of both the parties shall
mean and include their respective heirs, successors, administrators, legal
representatives, and nominee and assignees. Where the first party is absolute
owner and in possession of said property and also has agreed to let out
possession of built ONE TWO BHK FLAT Consisting 2 rooms 1 Common Hall with
Kitchen IN PROPERTY C-209, RAIL VIHAR, SECTOR-45, FARIDABAD, HARYANA-
121010. HEREINAFTER CALLED THE SAID PROPERTY /PREMISES) ON RENT BASIS
to the second party on the following terms and conditions:-
That the rent of said premises is fixed RS.11,000/ - (RUPEES ELEVEN THOUSAND
ONLY) per month and the Tenant shall pay the said fixed rent monthly, regularly
and in advance to the first party.
1. That the tenancy period is fixed for 12 months w. e. f 01/01/2025.
2. That at any stage if tenant found doing illegal or illicit activity in the rented
premises then he/she shall be responsible for it only, landlord shall have
no deal with that. That landlord shall terminate this agreement
immediately and tenant have to vacate the rented premises immediately.
3. That the said premises shall be used by tenant for RESIDENTAL purposes
only.
4. That the tenant shall not do any commitment against the rule and
regulation of Govt.
5. That the tenant shall not make any kind of addition or alteration or any
kind of construction in the said premises in any case.
6. That the Tenant shall not use the roof of the said premises or any other
portion of the said full building in any case.
7. That the Tenant shall not Sub Let the possession or part thereof to any
other person, in any way on rent or without rent.
8. That the Tenant shall permit the first party or his/her servant/agent at all
reasonable hours, to enter into the demised premises for
inspection/repair of said premises.
9. If the tenants fail to pay the Rent of any month or default in any of the
terms and conditions of the deed, then the first party shall be entitled to
take the vacant possession of the said premises entirely and without any
nuisance being created on the matter.
10.That the tenant shall not store any dangerous goods/items in the said
premises the result of the same Tenant shall be held responsible
completely and for all the consequences that may follow and first party
shall not be responsible.
11.That after the expiry of this Deed, the Tenant shall hand over the vacant
possession of the said premises to first party only.
12.That the Tenant shall not damage the floor, walls, doors fittings, and
fixtures of the said premises in any case. If the tenant Damage the fixture
and fittings or anything of the property then he shall be liable of repairing
/ replacing the damage article or he /she have to pay penalty imposed and
decided by landlord.
13.That the Tenant shall also pay the Electricity & water charges in additional
to the above said fixed Rent to the first party.
14.That Tenant shall keep away the said premises from any unsocial element
and nuisance whatsoever and whosoever.
15.That for the vacating the said premises the either party shall serve one
month’s prior written notice to the other party.
16.That the above said rent agreement is made on the basis of information
gives by tenant to the Deed Writer /Notary Public Advocate, if any
discrepancy found or any issue raises regarding anything then the tenant
shall only liable and answerable/liable/responsible for that Deed Writer /
Notary Public Advocate and stamp vendor and notary public shall not
liable for that.
17.That if the tenancy shall remain continue, after the expiry of above said
period with the mutual consent of both parties , then the rent will be
increased @ 10%.
18.That the Tenant has deposited one month advance rent every month to
the first party as a security which will be adjusted by the First party to the
Tenant in every month rent due w.r.t. the said premises.

month and year first above written.
