Job responsibilities:
planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
managing stocks of supplies and equipment
All Pumps troubleshooting works (centrifugal, reciprocating, screw vertical, single acting
etc.,) like a alignments, dismantle pump and inspect components for wear.
Pumps maintenance works like a pre start checks, lube oil checks, primed during start
up, gauges and instruments must be closely monitored to ensured.
Triplex goma pump trouble shooting works abnormal sound from pump. Knocks/
fluctuations in pressure gauge, not deliver the rated volume, any leakage from stuffing
box etc.,.
Triplex goma pump operation and maintenance and scheduled servicing works twice
monthly.
500 KVA gas generator preventive and scheduled servicing works as per engine guidelines.
500 KVA gas generator trouble shooting works like a cylinder temperature issue, JW &
IC water temperature issue, lube oil issue and gas issue.
Knowledge of oil and Gas production process like a separators, compressors, instrumental
valves, P &ID drawing and chemical dosage
As per client requirements of daily reached production targets and prepare billing
documents daily, monthly and yearly. All equipment log books, maintained weekly and
monthly.
Motors and pumps controlling by P.L.C command (Programmable logic control).
Good knowledge about HSE (Health and Safety Environment) policies.
