Raffle Draw Instructions

1. Ticket Distribution: Only students participating in the study tour will


receive raffle tickets.
2. Winner Selection: The principal sir will draw tickets to determine the
winners.
3. Announcement: Ms. Falguni will announce the winners’ names.
4. Gift Preparation: Ms. Oishi and Ms. Subarna will prepare and distribute
the gifts.
5. Grouping: There are five groups (STD-I: A, STD-II: B, STD-III: C, STD-
IV, V, VI:D, STD-VII, IX: E), and from each group, three students (1st, 2nd,
and 3rd place) will be selected.
6. Prize: Different categories of books for each place.
7. Ticket Box Management: Ms. Oishi will be responsible for emptying and
refilling the ticket box as needed.
8. Announcement Timing: The winners will be announced after lunch.
9. Location: The exact venue will be decided on the spot.
10.Group Formation: Class teachers, with the assistance of assigned teachers,
will form the groups before the announcement.
