Automated Hyperparameter Optimisation | Department Of Mathematics, IIT Roorkee July 2024 - Present
• Developed an automated Hyperparameter Optimization (HPO) system using AutoML techniques to efficiently find the best
hyperparameters for various machine learning models, including AdaBoost, KMeans, and DBSCAN.
• Used Tree-structured Parzen Estimator (TPE) and cross-validation to optimize hyperparameters and performance.
• Enhanced model accuracy, achieving an ROC AUC score of 0.988, leading to more efficient predictive models.
Predicting SENSEX using VWAP data | Self Project June 2024 - July 2024
• Developed a predictive model using Multiple Linear Regression with Principle Component Analysis to forecast SENSEX
based on VWAP data of the top 100 companies on the National Stock Exchange.
• Achieved a high R2 score of 0.95 and statistically significant p-values, indicating a strong predictive ability.
• Contributed by conducting feature analysis, model training, and evaluation.
