Developed a chatbot using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with OpenAI and Gemini models.
Conducted a Proof of Concept (POC) on multiple vector stores, including FAISS, ChromaDB, PGVector, AlloyDB, and
Elasticsearch, to evaluate performance, scalability, and suitability for specific use cases and analyzed Google Cloud
RAG architecture.
Optimized the Sync Service for data transfer from MSSQL to Elasticsearch, achieving ~200% performance

and machine learning to optimize the matchmaking and recommendation pipeline.
Designed and implemented APIs for list view pagination in Java Spring Boot, leveraging MongoDB aggregation for

Introduction- Developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot with capabilities to upload and process
documents, store embeddings in FAISS for efficient retrieval, and generate context-aware responses using LLMs.
Integrated functionality to match responses with relevant document pages and display page images for enhanced
transparency and user validation. Designed a seamless frontend for document upload, model selection, and contextual
interaction, backed by robust APIs for data handling and query processing.
Frontend- Enabled functionalities to upload documents for context, select the model, and display the document page
image used for LLM responses.
BackEnd- Designed APIs in FastAPI to handle document uploads, responses, and response images. Implemented
embedding storage using FAISS vector store, retrieved top K chunks for context, and integrated query and context into LLM
prompts for response generation. Matched responses with relevant PDF pages to display corresponding page images
