In this day and age, citizens have emigrated to hustle and bustle cities due to financial struggle and

the need to move up the social ladder. Hence, it is the disadvantages and backward conditions that
are at the core of this emigration. This essay will clarify and demonstrate how these difficulties
affect the standard of living.

First and foremost, it is obviously believed that the countryside has a great influence on education
and road transportation. Because governments and public administrations occasionally invest more
in cities to do urban regeneration than rural areas, the lack of funds and supportive sources have
appeared. Consequently, schools will not facilitate enough state-of-the-art gadgets or learning
environment to students. Futhermore, locals does not care for the quality of road as well as means
of transport, a majority of road has worn out without being repaired. This will be responsible for
unexpected injuries and accidents or have difficulty in commuting to work or going to schools.

Last but not least, rural regions do healthcare a disservice and increase the rate of crime.
Countryside does not provide numerous opportunities to get a good job, people are inclined to
steal valuable things from others for money. Moreover, it is undebiable that it has not been
providing perfect healthcare to residents.A tangible example for this is, large hospitals are usually in
center rather than in countryside, it is not beneficial in curing dangerous diseases like cancer
because of unqualifed medicine or equipments.

In conclusion, it is indispensable for local council to improve infrastructure and supply more medical
or educational condition on account of the aforementioned drawbacks. This will make the standard
of living among citizens better and better.

Nam: Hi Viet. How are you? My apology for keeping you so long. You look thought ful. What is the
matter?

Viet: Hello Nam. I am great, no worries. I am just wondering how we stay healthy due to good
eating habits.

Nam: Oh, you are thinking about the topic for our school debate next week, aren’t you? I have also
applied myself to brainstorming the idea for this topic for many days.

Viet: Really? So what is your opinion? Can you share it with me?

Nam: Time for pondering! Well, from my perspective, healthy diet and regular workout are at the
core of longevity

Viet: I am in agreement with you. Besides, parents are also responsible for ensuring that
meals are nutritious and healthful because they are the ones who are in charge
of.
Nam: That is right, parents should advise their children to avoid sugary snacks
and junk food during the day and they should establish a focus on what foods to
avoid and present a range of foods structure and are a with fruits and
vegetables on a daily basis.
Viet: I could not agree with you more. In addition, Student should eat more
vegetables like lettuce because it is high in fiber and provide such vitamins as
E+, B, which are extremely beneficial for bone structure as well as prevent us
from fatal diseases as stroke, cardiovasculus and high blood pressure.
Nam: It is widely acknowledged that if we want to stay healthy, we have to stop
spending excessive time sitting in front of monitor. Do you advocate to this
view?
Viet: Definitely! Being heavily addicted to the Internet and watching TV too
much will lead to a sedentary lifestyle. Instead, I suggest that people should do
consistent physical training and keep a sleep schedule, get between 6-8 hours
of sleep at the very least.
Nam: You are right. Furthermore, tinned food and high-fat products should be
taken into consideration because it can carry potential health hazards.
Additionally, It is also evidently said that wine and other alcohols are not drunk
in order to maintain healthy connective tissue
Viet: Yes, I think we can take this example as an argument for our competition. It is extremely
convincing.

Nam: Now, I think I have plenty of ideas for the upcoming debate. Thank you very much for helping
me out on this topic

Viet: You are welcome. I hope we can have more persuasive arguments to win over our opponent
teams.

Nam: Although I want to discuss with you more, I have to go back home to handle my homework.

Viet: Ok, I really look forward to seeing you again

Nam: Me too. So, goodbye. See you later.
