In the modern life these days, overpopulation is more and more popular in the general public.

There are a lot


of important causes and serious effects discussed in the following essay.
It is easy to see that there are a lot of important causes of this problem. One of the most important causes is
that a lot of people lack knowledge. There are a lot of parents who don’t know how to avoid having a lot of
children, especially in poor countries. In those places, there are a lot of people who don’t have enough
knowledge to understand effects of overpopulation, so it is serious for their life and future. Another serious
cause is that a lot of people have traditional thingking, especially old people. When they have children, they
want to have a lot of children to help them do a lot of things in their family and save a lot of money. Beside,
they want to have a son when they have a lot of children in their family, so population is increasing quickly.
It is clear that overpopulation brings a lot of serious problems for our life. One of the most important serious
problems is that environmental pollution is more and more serious. There are a lot of people in the world, so
they release a lot of trash to the environment. There are a lot of transportation, so they release amount of
smog into the environment. That affects to our health seriously, we can get a lot of diseases. In addition,
another serious problem that we need to take into consideration is that a lot of people cannot find a job.
Finding a job becomes more and more difficult, there are a lot of people who don’t have income, so they will
have a lot of problems in their life. That is very serious for our life in the world.
To sum up, many people think that overpopulation is more and more popular in the general public. There are a
lot of important causes and serious effects. In my opinion, everyone consisting of families, schools and the
government should raise awareness as well as be together to solve this issue completely.
