Report on building Project

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the building


project, which aims to decide which is the best option to build in the
abandoned area. The report summarizes the benefits and drawbacks
of build a supermarket or a sports facility.

Supermarket

Most of the residents who attended argued that a supermarket can be


convenience to provides groceries and everyday essentials, saving
time and travel cost.

According to some other residents consider that this construction can


lead noise pollution and increase the foot traffic in the zone, and it
might affect the security of the residential.

Sports facility.

The families with children argued that having a sport facility in the
resident will be a encourages the resident to adopt more active
lifestyles and provides a space for children and teenagers to engage
in sports and promoting the teamwork.

The councillor pointed out that this building can host events o
tournaments that generate revenue for local authorities or facility
maintenance.

Recommendation

In conclusion, the idea of having a sport facility is more attractive for


the majority of residents for create a space for the resident to do
physical activities and generate revenues for the same community. I
would recommend built the sport facility next to a park to the senior
resident can enjoy the facility too.
