CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED as Excavator Operator with the responsibility of operating excavators safely and
efJiciently, conducting daily pre-start inspections of machinery , maintaining good communication with other
members and equipment operators to coordinate mining operations effectively, performing precision excavation to
avoid damage to valuable minerals, ensuring compliance with environmental regulation and best practices to
minimize the impact of mining operations.
He did work with the company from January to December 2023 when our contract with Anglo Gold Ashanti was
terminated prematurely due to the closure of the mine.
He is very hard working and able to achieve set target with or without supervision. Overall, I will rate him as a
knowledgeable a result oriented individual, whose professional output is to the admiration of his colleagues and the
company.
Quite apart from his working experience, he has very good interpersonal skills and could adapt to various conditions.
