REPORT SUMMARY

I. BACKGROUND

The Bureau of Fire Protection is the lead agency in responding to natural or manmade
disasters, during operations, we ensure the strict implementation of minimum health
safety requirements imposed by the Inter Agency Task Force for the Management of
Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID).

II. OBJECTIVE

Continuous dissemination of weather updates; personnel are open for inquiries or any
public assistance, on standby for possible mobilization, close coordination with
MDRRMO members.

III. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY

Personnel of this station conducted monitoring and coordination to MDRRMO-Lasam


regarding the status update of the typhoon.

IV. OUTPUTS OF THE ACTIVITY

With our updated status of the typhoon and actual status of the bodies of water in our
AOR, community was able to prepare.

V. RECOMMENDATIONS/RELEVANT APPLICATION IN BFP (if any):


Procurement of additional equipment’s and training for faster and safe rescue
operations
