Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team at
Hatio. As a Software Operations Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on maintaining and
improving cutting-edge projects while ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply software fixes, patches, and updates to maintain system stability and security.
• Implement minor enhancements and modifications to existing applications based on business
needs or user feedback.
• Refactor and optimize legacy code to improve application performance, reliability, and
maintainability.
• Provide ongoing support for existing software applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and
resolving issues reported by users or internal teams.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal
operation and availability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations, deployments, and
updates.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Assist with the deployment process, ensuring smooth releases of software updates and patches.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in either Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with frameworks such as SpringBoot, ReactJS, etc. is a bonus.
• Experience with RDBMS (such as Oracle, PostgreSQL) is a bonus.
• Strong object-oriented design and coding skills.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation, including code comments and
development process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
