Rules and Regulations
1. e tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System

2.Walkover time- 15mins from start of the rounds 3. Number of Round – 7 Rounds
4.Electronic Devices: No electronic devices, mobile phones, and wristwatches are allowed
in the playing venue. If a player is caught with any of these then a loss will be given in his/her game
straightaway.
5. e Organizer reserves the rights to admit or refuse any entry without assigning any reason.
6.Prizes will not be shared.
7. Latest tie break rules will be applied in case of tie.

8.Girls can participate either in age category group or in only female group but there will no
separate female/ girl prize in age category.
9.Parents are not allowed inside tournament hall at all times.

Registration And Entry Fees


Entry Fees – Rs. 399/-
Last Date – 8th March, 2025 till 5PM
In case of entry cancellation, Rs.100 shall be deducted as admin charges and rest of the entry fee
will be refunded. (valid till 8th March, 8pm- a er that no refund on cancellation)
