A. What is this Hit App doing about?
This HIT app is used to gather Name and Address of entities from Website pages.
B. How to make a judgment?
Open the website page, check the website page, and find out the information about entities from the
website page, then fill in the form up. If you do not answer the questions in accordance with our
regulations, our Hit App may ban you.
For unify the judgment results, please answer the hit as the rules below:
1. The entity name and address must be consistent with the original website page. Note: it’s
better to copy from the website page, then paste in the form.
2. The entity name only needs to keep the name, no need to add the entity type like restaurant,
bar, hotel etc...

1. Found Entities
a. Fill up the form with the information from the website page
An Entity has been found on the website page as below:

Note: The answer to "Entity Full Address" is a combination of the specific address, the name of the
town or county or city or other relevant information, and the name of the state, put together using
commas.
b. Fill up the form with the information from the website page which gives direct information

c. An Entity has been found from the Website page, but Cannot found Address from the
Website page
But sometimes there is no address that can be found, we must check the “Not found address” as
below:
d. Multiple entities have been found
Some website pages introduced multiple entities as below:
As the image above, there are 2 entities with name and address, so we should fill in the form as

e. Multiple entities have been found with direct information
Some website pages introduced multiple entities as below:
As the image above, there are 4 entities with name and address, so we should fill in the form below:
f. One Entity with multiple branches
As the website page above, we found there are 2 new branches and each of that has an exact date for
opening. So, we should fill the form as below:
Note: The entity name should enter without any modifier, like the “Curaleaf Greensburg” and
“Curaleaf Wayne” are the branches of “Curaleaf”, only keep the original name “Curaleaf”.
2. Cannot find any entities
a. Missing Website Page
Sometimes the news will be missing in target website as below:
For this we should fill the form as below:
b. Nothing about entities
Sometimes the Website Page is not about an entity as below:
For this we should fill as below:
c. No view without Login
Some websites should view with membership or payment as below:

d. Website Page Cannot open
Sometimes the URL gets problems, cannot be opened, as below:

e. Other reasons for cannot find entities
If the reason selections from our Hit App is not fit to your situation, you would select “Other” and
enter it by yourself as below:
D. Overview
1. The link for the Website page, you can click to view the page.
2. The “Key Phrase”, the entities might have relative with the words.
3. Check the box for issue of the website page, when you cannot find any entities, or the website
page cannot view, please check it, and fill the issue under it.
4. Entity name input frame, enter the entity name into this input frame.
5. Check the box for state of this entity, if there is no address found on the website page, please
check it.
6. Entity Full Address input frame, enter the entity’s full address into this input frame. You must
find all the information about this entity’s address on the website page, including the road’s
name, town’s name, state’s name and other relevant information, combining this information
together by using the comma.
7. Button for delete, if you add too many entities forms, you could click to delete the target form.
8. Button for adding another entity information, if there are multiple entities, please click the
button to add one more entity information form.
9. Button for submit, if you filled the forms up, click to submit.
10. Button for skip, if you want to skip this hit, click to skip.
11. Button for report, if there is any technical problem with this hit like displayed wrong or button
cannot work as well, etc...
1. Cannot find any entities
When you check the button for Cannot find entity, you can select or type a reason to describe your
situation. If you clicked the check box accidentally, you could click the check box again to go back to the
entity information forms.
2. Multiple entities
If there is multiple entities, you could click the button of “ADD Another Entity” to add one more entity
information form, you could add as much as you need. If the forms are to much, you could click the
button of “delete” to delete the target form.
3. Submission Failed
Sometimes when you submit the hit, but miss an answer, this page will show up, as shown above. The
red frame 1 is the tip of the action or answer you missed, the red frame 2 is the button for back to hit
page. Please click “BACK” button and finish the hit.
4. Technical issue report
If there is any issue with technical, you could click the report button from right side of the head bar,
the report form will be show up. You could select a category and enter a description for the issue, please
report it as detailed as you could to help us fix it quickly.
