F
irst 100 days of the historic third term
of the Modi Government have been
marked by several key initiatives and
decisions which have positively impacted the
lives of people and laid a strong foundation for
Viksit Bharat@2047. The Government under
PM Narendra Modi’s leadership has taken
big decisions and made huge investments
worth ₹15 lakh crores in these 100 days.
Agriculture and infrastructure sectors have
received special impetus with a plethora of
new announcements. The citizen-centric
decisions have been driven by the vision of
PM Modi to enhance ease of living and make
life better for the poor & middle class, dalit,
vanchit, adivasis, Nari shakti and Yuva shakti.
A special focus has been on bettering the
governance architecture of the country as well
as promoting ease of doing business, while
utilising technological tools to fastrack these
outcomes. The momentum for transformative
change continues to shape the nation’s rise at
the global stage.

at ₹3500 per MT to P&K fertilizer companies
to ensure affordable fertiliser availability for
farmers.

self-help groups under DAY-NRLM to boost rural

₹3 lakh crore allocated in this year’s Budget

from the Prime Minister, in recognition of their
achievements.

Bank loans worth ₹5,000 crore released to


support 26 lakh members across 2.35 lakh SHGs.

₹3,000 reimbursement per month to


employers for 2 years for each new employee’s
EPFO contribution.

20 lakh youth to be upskilled, along with


the upgradation of 1,000 Industrial Training
Institutes (ITIs).

1 crore youth to get internship opportunities


at top 500 companies.

Act implemented to prevent paper leaks and ensure
transparency in recruitment.

75,000 new medical seats to enhance healthcare


infrastructure and reduce overseas reliance.

15,000 government job appointment letters issued to


youth across Central Ministries and Departments.

E-shram portal’s integration with other platforms


to streamline labour welfare, skill matching and job
connections.

Revamping of Shram Suvidha and Samadhan portals


for simplified compliance and improved grievance
redressal.

Capital expenditure of ₹11.11 lakh crore to further
job creation across sectors.

Vigyan Dhara scheme with an outlay of ₹10,600

support, and 2 crore under PMAY (Gramin) with ₹3.06

Readjustment of Representation of Scheduled Tribes


in Assembly Constituencies of the State of Goa Bill,
2024 introduced to safeguard constitutional rights of STs.
