1)Magnetic release M
The electromagnetic protection circuit breaker has a current range of 125~800A, an adjustable
range of 9~14In and an accuracy of 20%. It is especially suitable for use in the classic three-
component protection solution.
Two-component solution
Integrated protection electronic circuit breaker + contactor
In the two-component solution, there is no need to use the thermal relay, and the integrated
protection electronic circuit breaker has the functions of overload, phase loss, phase unbalance
protection and short circuit protection. The integrated protection electronic circuit breaker not only
has high tripping precision, but also has reliable operation. The two-component solution consisting
of contactors and the installation time can be saved without being affected by the ambient
temperature.
2)Integrated protection: Basic electronic type release for motor protection ENM
The ENM electronic trip unit allows for tighter tolerance trip times, as detailed in the table below.

3)Integrated protection: Standard electronic type release for motor protection EMM
The EMM electronic release not only has the protection function of the ENM release, but also adds
ground fault protection and stall protection. Moreover, it can also display real-time current, display
protection parameter information, display fault information, and have parameter setting function.

Installation Rules
50cm rule
For safety and effectiveness, it is important to keep the cable to a maximum 50cm length bundle together in the shape of
T-wiring (parallel to load) or a V-wiring connection (series to load) or it is to be as short as possible. The main reason is that
when a 10kA lightning current is travelling along a 1 meter cable, the voltage across it is 1200Volts for I: 10kA wave 8/20,
U: 1200V (1m:1µH:1200V).
Equal Potential
All Surge Protection Devices (SPD) that are earthed in the same circuit must be equally connected or bonded to the main
earth to achieve equipotentiality. The earth resistance must be in between 5 to 10 ohm or lower.

ROTARY SWITCHES
INTRODUCTION
Cam Operated Rotary Switches make and break the connected outputs in
required sequence by either opening or closing circuits with a set of contacts
operated by a rotary Cam.
The Cam, which closes and opens contacts, has rotary movement and
multiple positions, allowing multiple circuit functions controlled through a
single operation. With appropriate Cam design, functions like “make before
break” etc can be easily achieved. The number of positions and the switching
angles of Cam are flexible to offer wide selection of “operational sequences”
based on the requirements.
The principle applications of Cam Operated Rotary Switches are for making,
breaking and isolation of power circuits and switching the auxiliary circuits.
Further, the flexibility in the contact block selection, covering ratings and
options to select number of contacts, is another advantage. This ensures that
a right switch is chosen for the application. CAM Switches thus offer
complete design flexibility to assemble complex switching programs, contact
ratings and customize all switching applications.
The Cam Switches incorporate most common mounting options and also
special mounting options like single hole, door interlocking and padlocking
for all applications.
International styling and finish supports the robust design and performance
of the Cam Switches. The wide option of knobs, front plates and custom
marking on the script plate make the Cam Switches compatible to the panel
designs and eliminate the need for labels on the panel.

ISOLATOR SWITCHES
Isolators are ON-OFF Switches to isolate the power to a particular area of operation.
The Isolator Switches are offered in a wide range, from 1 pole to 12 poles. Isolators with
spring return, upto 4 poles are available to energise circuits. Isolators with
preclose contacts are used for safety circuits and for connecting neutral and earth lines.
Isolators are generally rated for AC1/AC21 while for motor applications, they need to be
rated for AC3/AC23A duty.
Applications : Switching of main/control and instrumentation circuits, motor
ON - OFF and other special application circuits.

When several simultaneously operating circuit breakers are mounted side by side in a small enclosure,
the temperature rise inside the enclosure causes a reduction in current rating.
You must then assign the rating (already derated if necessary according to ambient temperatuer) a downrating factor of 0.8.
