Preamble
In the current scenario of the society, everything is based on Computers. So there is huge
requirement to make atomization using computer Software. Considering this thought
companies/customers/ proprietor having problem definition will visit Department for the solutions.
Students are allocated definitions as per the skill sets and they provide the solutions.
As software industry has grown rapidly, it has created many employment opportunities for the
engineering students. It is necessary to bridge the gap between consumer requirements and
students capability.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), is made on this Date Wednesday, 07th August 2024
by and amongst Swamiji Enterprises , herein after referred to as “Company” having its Registered
office at Nimgaon Khairi , Shrirampur -413723, Ahilyanagar , Maharashtra and Department of
Computer Technology, Sanjivani K. B. P. Polytechnic, Kopargaon, Sahajanandnagar-423603.
Cost for the Project Consultancy:-
It is decided between the two parties that cost for the Project is finalize to Rs. 13000/-
1. Introduction

As one of the premier institutions, Sanjivani K.B.P. Polytechnic deals with large number of intelligent
and aspiring students with the help of efficient and learned faculty members with enviable

including excellent internet and computer facilities, well-endowed laboratories and learning
resource center, facilitating the career building of students.
The Institute is NBA Accredited and ISO 9001:2015 certified since Aug 2016. The efforts are
concentrated on the overall development of an individual, equipping him with excellent
communication skills and tuning soft skills. Co-curricular activities like sports and cultural events
are also encouraged by providing them necessary facilities and equipment. The institute has an
active placement cell which enhances the skills of the students through specialized training
programs, and by attracting prominent industries.
Department Profile:-
The Department of Computer Technology is established in the year 2002 with the intake
capacity of 60 students keeping the objective of imparting quality education in the field of
Computer Technology to the students from rural area. Intake has been increased from 60 to
120 in the year 2008 and 120 to 180 in the year 2018. The Department is NBA accredited and
ISO Certified. It has modern facilities for teaching and learning to prepare the students to carry
out development work. The department has tie-ups with 18 various industries and offers
courses in collaboration with them which aims at holistic and student centric education in
collaboration with business, industry and having practice-based education. The faculty and
staff in the Department of Computer Technology provide education opportunities, conduct
research and develop relationships within and outside of the institute, with the aim of
addressing global challenges on a local scale. Department is having 4 different clubs for the
overall development of the students.(Developer Club, Green Club, Social Club and Photography
Club).
2. Objectives of Project Consultancy
The main objective of this MoU is to deliver a quality product as per the requirement from the
Swamiji Enterprises
The primary goals are –
2.1 Software Development approach to Students as well as Faculty.
2.2 Low cost delivery of the product/software to the vendor.
2.3 Customizable product delivery to the vendor.
2.4 Students adhere the latest technology.
3. Coordination
Both parties Swamiji Enterprises and Department of Computer Technology, Sanjivani K.B.P.
Polytechnic, Kopargaon shall take all reasonable steps to cooperate and ensure successful
implementation of all the measures mentioned in this MoU.
4. Areas for Cooperation
4.1 Live Projects for Students:
Swamiji Enterprises shall provide students with the real life /industry-oriented problem as an
academic project. Also provide the requirements to the students during the various stages of the
Project development. The contribution can be extended as the sponsoring projects for students and
issue the required documents time to time. Guide allocated from the Department of Computer
Technology shall monitor the students for project development and record the participation of the
students in project development.
5. Confidentiality
Either party guarantees and acknowledges that all information whether in writing or oral or
otherwise obtained from other party under this MOU would be kept strictly confidential during the
MOU or after cessation, either party shall not divulge, disclose or impart to any third
person/organization. The provision of this clause shall survive the termination of this MOU.
6. RIGHTS AND DATA
All drawings, models, designs, formulas, methods, documents, and tangible items prepared for and
submitted to the Company by Student Consultant in connection with the services rendered under
this Agreement shall belong exclusively to the Company and shall be deemed to be works made for
hire (the “Deliverable Items”). To the extent that any of the Deliverable Items may not, by operation
of law, be works made for hire, Consultant hereby assigns to the Company the ownership of
copyright or mask work in the Deliverable Items, and the Company shall have the right to obtain and
hold in its own name any trademark, copyright, or mask work registration, and any other
registrations and similar protection which may be available in the Deliverable Items. Consultant
agrees to give the Company or its designees all assistance reasonably required to perfect such rights.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. This MOU shall be valid for a period from 05/08/2024 to 17-04-2025 and will be signed by
Department of Computer Technology, Sanjivani K.B.P. Polytechnic & Swamiji Enterprises
7.2 Neither party hereunder shall be liable for any consequential loss or damages arising out of the
performance of obligations under the terms of this MoU.
