4. How did you lose access to account: Hacked/Compromised/Locked Account

5. Login Username: Username on account in user:pass

6. Full Riot ID: Log into the account and look at the top right in the riotlauncher, copy paste

7. Your Current Email Address: Put the same email that you used in number 2

8. Your Date of Birth on the Account EX. JAN/01/1986: Enter a random birthday close to 1999-2004

Disclaimer: Check the password or username for the birth year on the account,sometimes it's there

9. Last Time You Had Access to the Account? EX. AUG/01/2019: State that you lost access to the account
because your email got hacked and someone started playing on your account Example: "I have access to
the account but my email was recently hacked and someone started playing on my account without my
permission"or "I lost access to the account because my email was hacked and then I saw that someone
else was playing on the account and I can't log them out"

10. Who Made This Account?: Just say "I made this account" or "Me" for this, it doesn't really matter as
long as you declare that you made it

11. All Possible Emails Used to Create This Account: Look into the email method at the bottom of the txt

12. Do you Have Access to All of Those Emails?: Say "No the email got hacked recently" or "No the
password on the account was changed" as long as you protest that your email was hacked you're good

13. Account Creation Date (EX. AUG 20 2019) Or Recall a Significant Game Event Around the Same Time:
Make an account on https://explorant.space/ and log into the user:pass account to see the account
creation date, if that doesn't work then go tohttps://tracker.gg/valorant and look up the riot id. If that
does not work then make the profile public
14. Location Where the Account was Created (City, Country): Use the same thing as the region method
but ctrl + f the words "home_country" instead. Use common sense to find out what the home country is
from the abbreviation.

15. Has Anyone Else Ever Played On the Account? (Including Friends/Family): Just say "no"

16. Do You Have An Idea on How you Lost Access to this Account?: Say "My account details were stolen"

17. Have you Ever Bought in Game Currency (RP/VP/COINS ETC)?: click the "YES"option

18. What Was the First Thing You Spent it on, Be Specific: Go to https://support-
valorant.riotgames.com/h...se-History- and log into the account. If the first purchase was $10 then it was
a battlepass, look at the date on the purchase and find the battlepass that was in the game at that
time.You can either go to explorant to see the battlepass or date match using thewebsite
https://valorant.fandom.com/wiki/Battle_Pass Alternatively, you can find what skin they first bought by
using common sense and looking at specific dates. Go to https://valorantitemstore.com/category/store/
and look up the date of the purchase to see if they purchased a featured item/bundle. If neither of these
are applicable then take an educated guess.

19. Email Address Linked to Paypal Account (IF MULTIPLE PAYPAL ACCOUNTS, PLEASE ADDEMAIL
ADDRESSES AS WELL): Say this "I think I used the paypal email 'account email'but I'm not really sure"

20. Leave questions 18-22 blank unless you have information about their paypal account

21. Any Transaction or Confirmation Numbers Received Via Email For This Account: Say "I don't have
access to the email account anymore"

22. Check the Valorant game in the game choices

23. First Agent Unlocked?: Go to https://tracker.gg/valorant, go to their accountor log in to make it public
if it's not, go to unrated all acts, scroll down all the way to its first game, look for any agent that is not
Brimstone, Jett, Phoenix,Sova, or Sage. Any agent other than that played in their first games is most likely
the first agent unlocked.

24. What Was the First Gun Buddy You Unlocked?: Say "Valorant Coin Buddy"

25. What Was the First Gun SKin You Evolved Using Radianite Points?: Associate this with a generic skin,
such as Prime or Reaver or use the information you receivedfrom the first item they bought. You may
have to search for information about theskin in https://valorantitemstore.com/category/store/ to find a
featureditem/bundle they purchased.

26. Subject: Say something along the lines of "Lost access to email on my account"or "Email on my
valorant account was hacked"

27. Description: Sound extremely desperate like you spent a lot of money or therank is too high for you
to start over.
Example: "I recently lost access to my account email because it was hacked andthought it wasn't a big
deal until someone began playing on my account without mypermission. I've spent over $1000 on this
game and I would hate to share my accountwith someone else and not be able to log them out. Please
help me, I want to changethe password. Thank you riot support."

How to get email:

1. Go to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/es-419 and right click to go to the page source or the

2 Use ctrl + f and put in "@"

3. It will most likely be 7/7 in the find so just arrow down until you see email

How to get region:

1. Go to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/es-419 and right click to go to the pagesource or the shortcut

2. Use ctrl + f and put in "server_ "

3. You can see the region on the right side, for example LATAM_1 is LATAM North and LATAM_2 is LATAM
South

Gmail method:

1. Go to this link: https://accounts.google.com/signup

2. Not really a method but more of a believable alibi, create a new gmail account in the private browser
and use an extremely similar email to the original account

3. For example, if their email is "JuanGarcia02@hotmail.com", make a new gmail
