This is to inform you that, have been appointed as a Returning Officer, by the
I
Managing Committee, letter dated 01.01.2025 to conduct Election of Managing
Committee Member of your Society known as "Jogesh Co-operative Housing
Society Ltd.," for the period of five year (2024-2025 to 2028-2029) Managing
Committee Tenure.

Ihave to conduct the election procedure for five years (2024-2025 to 2028-2029)
as per the guidelines and order of the State Co-operative Election Commissioner,
Pune.

Joint members and Associate members have to submit 10 A form (No


Objection Certificate and undertaking from the Original Members to be
submitted by the Associate member intending to be a Member of the
Managing Committee of the Society) to contest or for voting rights.
Provisional list of the members of the society has been circulated to every member
please acknowledge the same. If you have any suggestion / objection / correction
in the provisional list please inform to the Returning officer within 10 days
(before 29.01.2025) receipt of the provisional list.

Final list of the Society Members and election schedule will be displayed on
the Notice Board on 01.02.2025 to proceed with the election of the
Managing Committee.
