Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business
requirements, ensuring the seamless integration of business processes and technology. The
Business Analyst will play a key role in helping our company optimize operations, improve
efficiency, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to
understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational
improvements, and cost reduction across various business functions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from various sources to derive insights that
support business decisions. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership and
stakeholders.
• Business Solutions Development: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT and
product management, to design and implement business solutions that meet the
organization's needs.
• Project Management Support: Assist in managing and prioritizing project timelines,
resources, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation of business
processes, system requirements, and project progress. Communicate effectively with
stakeholders at all levels.
• Testing & Validation: Support the testing of new systems or processes to ensure they
meet business needs and requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends
to continuously improve business analysis methods and tools.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a
related field. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role or similar position.
• Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) and reporting platforms (e.g.,
Power BI, Tableau).
o Experience with business process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., BPMN,
Visio).
o Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
