This Deed of Donation made and executed this ____ day

hereinafter referred to as the DONOR,

married, of legal age, and presently residing at

referred to as the DONEE,
WITNESSETH:
THAT the DONOR is the owner of certain real property
with the building/house and improvements thereon, situated
at _____________________, and more particularly registered
and described in Original Transfer Certificate of Title No.
2611/ Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Bilang 2611 of the
land registry of Makati.

Pinagkaisahan, Makita, MM Bounded on the

SW., along lines 4-5-6 by Calle Mercedes

of the subd. plan. Beginning at a pt.

THAT for and consideration of the love and affection which
the DONOR has for the DONEE, the said DONOR by these
presents transfers and conveys, by way of donation, unto the
said DONEE her heirs and assigns, the above-described real
property with all the building/house and improvements
thereon free from all lien and encumbrances;
THAT the DONOR does hereby state, for purpose of
giving full effect to this donation, that he has reserved
fro himself in full ownership sufficient property to support
him in a manner appropriate to his needs;
THAT the DONEE does hereby accept this donation of
the above-described real property with building/house and
improvements, and does hereby accept his gratitude for the
kindness and liberality of the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereinto sign this
Deed of Donation this ______ day of ___________, 2007 in the
