Dear Parents,
As informed earlier, schools will reopen after the Summer Vacation on Thursday 15th August
2024. Kindly read the following rules carefully. Discuss them with your wards and we hope to
have a wonderful academic year ahead.

Code of Conduct for Students


Following rules of conduct for students and instructions for the parents / guardians are to be
followed:
1. School Timings :
Monday to Thursday Friday
Montessori 8.30 a.m to 12.30 p.m 8.30 a.m to 11.30 a.m
Grade I- X 8.00 a.m to 1.50 p.m 8.00 a.m to 12.30 p.m
College & Cambridge 8.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m 8.00 a.m to 12.30 p.m

2. Parents who wish to see the Principal must take a prior appointment. Meeting
timings are from 10.00 a.m to 12.30 p.m . Appointment can be taken on school
contact number (021-36638428) or in- person from the receptionist.
3. For complaints kindly email on qrsc2020@gmail.com
4. Students are required to be punctual. School gates will be closed at 8:05 am sharp for
Pre-Primary till College & Cambridge Section and 8:30 am sharp for Montessori
Section.
5. Late will be marked at 8:00 am sharp and after 3 lates in a month, students will not be
allowed to sit in class and they will be sent back to home.
6. Students should have permission of the teacher when moving around in the school
premises and carry exit pass with them.
7. The student is not expected to take the belongings of their peers without their permission
for them or any other student.
8. Decorum of morning assembly must be adhered.
9. Carrying of Mobile Phones or any other gadget is strictly prohibited.
10. Application of Makeup and carrying of accessories is strictly prohibited.
11. Smoking, chewing gum, betelnuts (chalia) is strictly not allowed.
12. Students are expected to wear laid down uniform and look neat and tidy. Boys should
have proper haircut and students should follow the proper hygiene.
13. Parents must check the hair carefully for nits and lice. Students found with nits and lice
will be returned home immediately.
14. Students should keep the school clean and should not spread any litter around and
should take care of the school property.
15. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without prior written application
and permission slip duly signed by the Principal / Vice Principal / Section Head.
16. Abusive language and disrespect of elders are strictly prohibited in the school premises.
Students found in any physical or verbal abuse will be withdrawn from school.
17. The daily diary is to be signed by the parents on daily basis as it provides a direct
communication between the parents and teachers.
18. Students are required to bring their books and copies according to the given time table
and on written instructions of the teachers.
19. Collection of funds from fellow students for any cause is not permitted.
20. Fancy pencil boxes and expensive stationery items, watches, jewellery are strictly
prohibited. These will be confiscated and gifted to charitable organization.
21. Birthday celebrations are strictly prohibited in school premises.
22. Last date of fees submission is 10th of every month, after that late fee will be charged.
Parents are requested to pay fees before last date to avoid any inconvenience. No fee
installments will be allowed from now onwards.
23. School expects students to be responsible towards their behavior. School will not
be responsible for any physical or verbal quarrel between students taken place
outside school premises or in school van.
24. Fine will be charged for:

Late Comers 100/- Rs. charged in voucher on third arrival.


200/- Rs. charged in voucher after 2 x verbal and
Haircuts / undergarments
1 x written warning.
Proper attire appearance /
50/- Rs. charged in voucher for any shortcoming.
I.D Cards
200/- Rs. charged in voucher on third abseentism
Absenteeism
without prior information.
