Happy Halloween
In the summer of 2021, Pablo Ledesma went to a charity event in Gothenburg, Sweden, to raise funds
for children in Africa. Pablo was very rich, but he always knew how hard life for many people was
because his parents had to work in factories for many years to give him a better life.
Pablo was 29 years old, with blue eyes and attractive features like a beautiful smile and blonde hair and
also he was tall. Thanks to his smart investments in cryptocurrencies when he was a teenager, he made a
lot of money, and he didn’t need to worry about anything, but he was always looking for his true love.
Sophia Lindstrom Was a 25 yeas old woman. She had more than one million of followers on Instagram
and was known forher beauty and luxurious lifestyle. Her parents bought her a house in one of the best
neighborhoods in Barcelona when she turned 18 and decided she wanted to be a wine taster.
Even though Sophia was famous she always felt lonely in life and wanted to find someone to falling in
love with. Sophia was Beautiful with long hair, green eyes and a gold color skin.
At the charity event Pablo saw this beautiful woman, she was talking to some friends of her parents.
Pablo fell in love with Sophia immediately seeing her smile. Even though pablo was shy he decided to
talk to her.
-“Hi, im Pablo I know you don’t know me and this is something im not use to do but you look stunning
this night.” She replied “Thanks” thinking he was one more of the bunch. But Pablo had something
special, something she couldn’t understand and she decided to be more polite with him and continued
talking to him.
They talked about the event and pablo started thinking that maybe she was the love he was looking for.
While Pablo and Sophia were talking, Pablo saw a familiar face walking towards them. It was Leo, Pablos
best friend. He was an extroverted person and he started talking to Sophia, making her feel interested in
Leo, even she was also interested in Pablo.
Later that night Pablo noticed that Sophia and Leo exchanged numbers. Pablo felt a little jealous and
disappointed because he really felt connection with her.
After the event, Pablo and Sophia started dating but even though pablo liked her, he always felt there
was something between his friend and Sophia.
One night on Halloween. It was late when pablo was at home waiting for Sophia to arrive. She called him
before to say she was on her way. Pablo went to his office room to check his investments and his phone
rang. It was his mom.
-“Pablo, be careful, she said. “Have you seen the news? There are people disappearing”
Pablo said “its okay mom im fine, ill call you tomorrow.
He made a sandwich and drunk a beer trying to relax but then someone knoking the door. He opened
and there was nobody there. Just a piece of paper with the words “Don’t open the door” Pablo ignored
this and went to his office but then he heard the doorbell again.
This timw Sophia called him and said “-Open the door, im outside, the doorbell isn’t working”
Confused, Pablo went to the door, he looked through the peephole but it was no one.
-“Im here, just open the door, and you will see me”
-“Sophia this is not funny”pablo said . but then, he heard a scream.
Pablo opened the door but there was no one there, he went back the house feeling confused
When he saw a new piece of paper with the words Im Insised. The electricity stopped working and the
house was dark. Pablo took his gun looking for the someone. Two or three minutes after Pablo saw a
reflection of the glass. Two people were approaching him from behind. He turned around and shot one
of them.
-“Please don’t do it, im your friend, Leo.”
Leo was almost crying and said that It was just a prank and they only wanted to play a Halloween joke.
“We have to call the police, you just killed Sophia, this is serious”
Pablo was shocked but suddenly a smile draw in his face and he said: “Only a prank?” and he shoot his
best friend four times. “Happy Halloween” he said.
