SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
WE, AIDA DELIZ ARIGUIN, Filipino, of legal age,
widow and a resident of Bacolod City, Philippines and
ROWENA ARIGUIN SADJE, Filipino, of legal age, married
and a resident of Bacolod City, Philippines, do hereby name,
appoint and constitute RICHARD A. BAYLON, of legal age,
Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City,
Philippines and JOVELYN E. BAYLON, of legal age,
Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City,
Philippines to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for us
and in our name, place and stead, to do the following acts,
to wit:
1. To act for and on our behalf in transacting
business and representations for the purpose of
processing the transfer of TRANSFER
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-285462 to the
names of Richard A. Baylon and Jovelyn E.
Baylon;
2. To act for and in our behalf to get and
apply for our Tax Identification Number/s,
including the TIN of the estate of Romeo C.
Arguin, Sr., before the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR);
3. To process and acquire the necessary
papers/documents, tax clearances, tax
declarations, etc. in relation to the foregoing
purpose with the different government agencies
and/or offices, including but not limited to the
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Register of
Deeds (ROD), City Assessor’s Office, City
Treasurer’s Office, etc.;
4. To file the necessary documents before
any government agency or office, tribunal or
Court of Law as may be deemed proper and to
sign any other similar document as may be
necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes
intended;
5. To pay the necessary fees, and/or financial
obligation that may be relevant with the foregoing
objectives and to demand for the necessary
receipt as may be deemed proper;
6. To receive any document in connection
with the any of the foregoing objectives;

7. Finally, to do all other acts, deeds and
things whatsoever pursuant to the powers herein
granted, as fully and effectual for the
accomplishment of the foregoing purposes.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said
attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do and perform
all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes
as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
full power of substitution, delegation and/or revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming the acts our said attorney
or substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
