Declaration Cum Affidavit

I Bhaskar Singh aged about 48 Yrs son of Ramashraya Prasad Singh Resident of
404 Samrajya Apartment, New A G Colony, Kadru, Ranchi (Jharkhand) do
hereby declare and solemnly affirm as under.

1. That I was allotted a unit <<A5 1011>> by the Amrapali group of companies
on <<10 May 2010>> in the <<Amrapali Dream Valley 2>>
2. That I booked a said unit for my Bonafide needs of residential accommodation
for a total consideration of Rs 9,74,700 All inclusive. I am not an investor or
got any return of any income/interest from the booking of said unit.
3. That i paid a sum of Rs 9,74,700 Towards the aforesaid allotment and
consideration money to the Amrapali group detailed as under.

A) Amrapali Group : Rs 7,26,172/-

B) UCO bank : Rs 2,48,528/-

C) -

4. I further declare that the said unit was not cancelled by the Amrapali group
and further no amount was taken back by me or on behalf as refund or
adjustment otherwise.
5. I further declare that the documents produced by me are the genuine and
original documents related to the above-mentioned unit are in my possession.
The documents which are submitted as photocopy/scan copy are the true
copy of the original.

I further declare that the original documents have been kept with bank for
home loan and certificate to that effect is enclosed. (if applicable)
6. That I have not filed any complaint or any case before any authority or court of
law in reference to or connected with said unit or claim arising out of that.
Further no claim is pending against this unit before any authority or court of
law other than the office of the court receiver.
7. I will abide by the terms and conditions prescribed or directed otherwise by the
office of the court receiver.
8. I further state that I have not taken any home loan against the unit.
