What are the challenges you'll face when you get into an IIM?(
IIMs have a diverse student body with students coming from different backgrounds and regions. Adjusting to this diverse environment and working with people from different cultures and
backgrounds can be challenging for some students,
With a demanding curriculum, students need to manage their time effectively to balance their coursework, extracurricular activities, and personal life. Good time management skills are essential
to succeed at an IIM.)
Briefly introduce yourself and your academic background
Why MBA after Physics(Instrumentation engineering)( my graduation subject) (As I belong to a business family, it was always there in back of my mind to enter into business so after gaining a
good work experience in an industry now I think it is the right time to go for an MBA.)
What skills of physics(Instrumentation engineering) will you require in MBA? (
Overall, while the specific skills of electronics engineering may not be directly used in an MBA program, the problem-solving, technical knowledge, and project management skills gained in
electronics engineering can be valuable in a range of business contexts.)

Why not M.Tech, Why MBA?

What you did in Vedanta?
So Tell me on a Monday instead of joining office. You are here. What reason you gave in office. Will your work after this or took a sick leave. (As per my job role , my physical presence is
needed. So it is an impossible scenario for me to go to work after interview. I did not tell the truth to my manager as I know the mindset of my manager so I had to manage my manager by saying
something else and I took my general leave on that day./ As I had worked once on weekends so I had the flexibility to take leave on weekday so I discussed with my manager that I have some
personal works and I would like to tale the leave on the interview date).)
How will Mba Help you as an individual ? (It will evolve my personality as a business person and enhance the knowledge on different aspects of business)
What are your short term and long term goals.
Any challenge face in team interactions?(As the team members are more experienced(be it technicians or engineers) than me so I used to face a lot of difficulties to convey them what I am
trying to do and what will be the result of the implementation . In the beginning, they didn’t use to take me very seriouslyas I was a fresher but after 1-2 project they saw my capabilities and
potential and then started believing me. After that I never faced any difficulties in these matters.)
what makes you different from others? (Whatever work we may do(individual task, team work) we always need to interact with people and if your getting stuck anywhere, you will get help
from somewhere or other. The most imp thing is how you treat people and how you make them feel around you. And I think I havea positive vibe around me which makes everyone comfortable
enough. This I think which differentiates me from other.)
Tell me about your business (family background)
Tell me about yourself in 3 sentences that will cost your selection?(1)Positive vibe and this will be helpful while you do MBA or do any other work because it becomes very critical how you
people fell around you. 2)I have experience in an industry which I bring on the table.(where my viewpoint will add values asper the diversity of the batch is concerned.3)As I know IIMs follow a
student driven culture and as I have the experience in managing different events and programs during graduation and work soI can be the part of various clubs and management committee,
where I think I have the potential to add values)
5 weaknesses(-->Saying no to people -->Overthinking -->Always prefer to be cool and calm and when I get angry I take a lot of time returning to normal state even if my closed onestry to
persuade me --->Inability to manage multiple priorities(I always face this problem and over the time I made myself comfortable with this to large extent but I need to work on it more and I
believe it comes with time and experience -------->sensitive)
Which specialization you want and why?(I am interested in finance but I am not very certain that I will take this specialization because of my limited knowledge onit so first I want to explore all
field of management and learn about them and then decide on which field I want to do specialization.

E-rupee
Sunday, February 26, 2023 2:26 PM
• The e-Rupee is a contactless, cashless, and voucher-based payment system that is designed to
be easy to use and secure. It is built on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) platform, which
enables real-time payments between bank accounts.
• The e-Rupee is issued in the form of a QR code or SMS-based voucher, which can be
redeemed by the beneficiary at the merchant's end. The voucher is issued by banks and other
authorized payment system providers after due diligence and authentication of the user's
identity.
• The RBI e-Rupee is expected to boost the digital payments ecosystem and promote financial
inclusion, especially in remote and rural areas where traditional banking services may not be
available
The e-Rupee and UPI are both digital payment systems developed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to promote
cashless transactions in India. However, there are some key differences between the two:
• Nature of Payment: The e-Rupee is a prepaid voucher-based digital currency, while UPI is a real-time payment system
that allows users to transfer funds directly from one bank account to another.
• Usage: The e-Rupee is primarily designed for specific use cases like government welfare schemes, healthcare services,
and other similar services where payment needs to be made to a specific beneficiary. UPI, on the other hand, can be
used for a wide range of transactions, including payments for goods and services, bill payments, and money transfers
between individuals.
• Authentication: The e-Rupee requires authentication of the user's identity before issuing the voucher, while UPI uses a
two-factor authentication process (one-time password and/or biometric) to verify the transaction.
• Payment Channels: The e-Rupee can be redeemed by the beneficiary through a QR code or SMS-based voucher,
while UPI allows payment through various channels such as mobile apps, websites, and point-of-sale (POS) machines.
In summary, while both e-Rupee and UPI are digital payment systems, they serve different purposes and have different
features that make them suitable for specific use cases.
