Definition

Measurement refers to the process of determining a quantitative or


qualitative academic attribute of an individual or group of
individuals.

23 correct answers out of 25 items in Mathematics test; Princess
Mae got 95% in her English first grading period test; Ronnick’s

Evaluation involves making judgment about the correctness of the


strategy and particularly about the outcomes of specific benefits
that the strategy delivers.
