stores and their pivotal role in ensuring healthcare accessibility and affordability.

A medical store, also known as a pharmacy or drugstore, is an establishment where

various pharmaceutical products, medications, medical supplies, and healthcare-related
items are dispensed or sold to patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers.

IMPORTANCE ASPECTS

of medications, enabling individuals to obtain essential drugs prescribed by healthcare

Sales analysis in a medical store involves examining sales data to gain insights into
product performance, customer Behaviour, and trends over time.

annually) to identify trends and patterns in sales volume. This can help the medical store
to understand seasonal variations, peak sales periods, and long-term sales trends.

performance in terms of sales volume, revenue generated, and profitability. Identify top-
selling products, slow-moving items, and products with high margins to optimize product
offerings and inventory management.

marketing campaigns on sales performance. Analyse sales data before, during, and after
promotional periods to assess the impact on sales volume and revenue.

Cross-Selling Opportunities:Analyse sales data to identify patterns of co-occurrence

between products purchased by customers. This can help the medical store to identify
cross-selling opportunities and optimize product placement and promotions.

Customer Loyalty:Analyse sales data to identify repeat customers, assess their

purchasing frequency and loyalty, and calculate metrics such as customer retention rate
and lifetime value. This can help the medical store to identify loyal customers and tailor
marketing efforts to retain and upsell to them.

Geographic Analysis:Analyse sales data by geographic location to identify regional

variations in sales performance. This can help the medical store to allocate resources
more effectively, target marketing efforts towards high-potential areas, and optimize
store locations.

Inventory Management: Use sales data to forecast future demand, optimize inventory
levels, and prevent stockouts or overstocking. Analyse sales data alongside inventory
data to identify inventory turnover rates, obsolete stock, and opportunities for stock
optimization.

statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
These documents provide a comprehensive overview of the store's financial
performance, liquidity, and cash flow.

meet financial obligations. Analyse cash flow trends and liquidity ratios to evaluate
financial stability.

arrangements, including loans, lines of credit, and leases. Assess the store's debt-to-
equity ratio and debt service coverage ratio to gauge its ability to manage debt
obligations and maintain financial health.

investments, such as marketing campaigns, equipment purchases, or facility expansions.

expectations to identify variances and deviations. Investigate the reasons behind
significant variances and take corrective actions as needed to align actual performance

7. I had the opportunity to Learn about So Many Medicines Name, their purpose
etc. as follows:

FOR GENERAL FEVER

1.Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

2. Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)

3. Aspirin

4. Naproxen (Aleve)

5. Paracetamol

Always consult a healthcare professional before taking any medication, especially if you
have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.

1. Acetaminophen (Tylenol): It's a common over-the-counter medication used to relieve

pain and reduce fever. It's generally considered safe when taken as directed, but
excessive use can lead to liver damage.

2. Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin): It's a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that

reduces pain, inflammation, and fever. It's important to take it with food or milk to
reduce the risk of stomach irritation.

3. Aspirin: It's an NSAID that can relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and lower fever.
Aspirin should not be given to children or teenagers with fever or flu-like symptoms, due
to the risk of Reye's syndrome.

4. Naproxen (Aleve): Another NSAID that works similarly to ibuprofen, it can relieve
pain and reduce fever. Like ibuprofen, it should be taken with food or milk to reduce the
risk of stomach upset.

5. Paracetamol: Also known as acetaminophen, it's commonly used to relieve mild to

moderate pain and reduce fever. It's often recommended for children and pregnant
women because it's generally considered safe when taken as directed.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the medication label or as directed by
your healthcare provider. Be aware of any potential side effects or drug interactions, and
never exceed the recommended dose without consulting a healthcare professional.

FOR HEADACHE

1. Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

2. Naproxen (Aleve)

3. Excedrin (contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine)

Again, it's important to follow the dosage instructions on the medication label or as
directed by your healthcare provider, and be aware of any potential side effects or drug
interactions. If headaches persist or worsen, it's best to consult with a healthcare
professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.

1. Acetaminophen (Tylenol): It's commonly used to relieve mild to moderate pain,

including headaches. It's generally well-tolerated when taken as directed, but excessive
use can lead to liver damage.

2. Naproxen (Aleve):Another NSAID similar to ibuprofen, naproxen can provide relief

for headaches. It has a longer duration of action compared to ibuprofen, so it may be
preferred for longer-lasting headaches.

3. Excedrin: This medication combines acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. The

combination can provide more effective relief for some types of headaches, particularly

tension headaches or migraines. The caffeine can help enhance the pain-relieving effects
of the other ingredients.

Antibiotics are prescription medications used to treat bacterial infections. Here are some
common types:

1. Penicillins

2. Cephalosporins

3. Macrolides

4. Fluoroquinolones

5. Sulphonamides’

6. Tetracycline’s

Always take antibiotics as prescribed by your healthcare provider, and complete the full course
even if you start feeling better. Avoid sharing antibiotics with others or using leftover
antibiotics from previous infections. If you have any questions or concerns about antibiotics,
consult your healthcare provider.

These medications should be handled carefully to avoid damage to the tablet or film, and they
should be stored according to the manufacturer's instructions to maintain their effectiveness.
Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider or pharmacist
when taking dissolving medicines.

After all this I have learnt about all types of medicine which are most sold by the medical
store, and if I struggle to pack the medicine, they said to me take your own time or pace to
learn about the medicine and they thought me with patience u should listen carefully and give
the, medicine and take your time to learn.

After few weeks I have learnt how to react to customer and how to ask and I watched carefully
how the works of the medical store are working I tried to follow them but it’s hard to catch
with them and they are quick I could not follow them consistently their work experience is
about 10 years in that field so they move fast to give medicine.

I was guided by Mr Gowtham, Mr Mahesh, and Mr Rudresh they helped me and they thought
me the way of handling the things in the medical store and they gave me a lot of information
about the medical store and they provided the financial statement of the medical store.

I was in the sales department in day one they told me to observe the customers how they ask
the tablets and what there on the mind how they ask give the tablet and they said they want for
2 days and if there is money problem they take less medicine and they telling to works that
they will take the medicine tomorrow or even like that and they will take it, after some time I
started to collect the description for the customer and started to sale the medicine in the store.

Upcoming day I have learnt how to handle the customer and how to treat them with slime and
taking the description and few times I tried and then I was very happy to do that job in that
place.

In the modern days medicine are very important without medicine humans can’t live, in this
era outside foods are very danger to health in that case most of the people are eating outside
for they taste and quality but in upcoming days they don’t know that outside foods can cause
very deep cancers they are using tasting powder to the foods to be better. Because to that so
many people are dying from the heart attacks and most of the case, they will get the BP and
diabetes, it’s common disease.

In the evening time the medicine was sold highly because the people are going to their jobs
and coming home for their check up and they are so quick and getting medicine and leaving
the place and they ask the price of the tablets and if there are any high-pricedtablets, they
return them and they ask to give less, and they calculate them again and they will take the
medicine.

In total days of my work experience I had met many customers with different types of
minds set they are not stable at buying the medicine so we have to hear them quite
carefully if we made any mistake, they will return them immediately and, in many times,
they will ask all medicine and they will return if they had less money in such case they
will take the medicine in morning.
