Honourable Director-in-charge, Prof R V Sharma Sir, our esteemed

Distinguished Speaker, Prof. Rahul Shukla Sir, Convener, XAT & Admissions,
XLRI Jamshedpur and our Professor in Charge, Dr. Rajiv Bhushan Sir ,
members of the Students’ Council, dear participants, and my fellow friends,
A warm and heartfelt welcome to each one of you. I, Anshu Raj, the Joint
Secretary of the Soft Skills Club, extend my sincere gratitude for your presence
this evening. It fills me with immense pride and joy to stand before you as we
celebrate the successful completion of this enlightening seminar on Personal
Interview Success Strategies.
This event has been a remarkable collaboration with OJASS '25, the annual
techno-management fest of NIT Jamshedpur, and has furthered the vision of
fostering innovation, learning, and growth among the students.
This seminar has been much more than just an event—it has been a valuable
learning experience that equipped us with strategies to excel in interviews, build
confidence, and approach Interviews with a winning mindset.
I’d now like to take a moment to acknowledge the individuals who made this
event possible.
First and foremost, I want to express my deep sense of gratefulness to
Honourable Dr. Ram Vinoy Sharma SIR, our Director-in-charge, for his
gracious presence and unwavering support. Sir, your involvement has added
immense value and motivation for us all.
A special note of appreciation to our Distinguished Speaker, Prof. Rahul Shukla
Sir, for delivering an insightful and impactful session. Sir, your words of
wisdom have left a lasting impression on all of us, providing clarity on how to
approach interviews with poise and confidence.
I will be failing in my duty if I don't express my gratefulness to our Respected
Professor In-charge, Dr. Rajiv Bhushan Sir, for his steadfast guidance and
encouragement. Your wisdom and support have been crucial, particularly in
challenging times, and have played a pivotal role in the success of this event.
A special acknowledgment to the Students’ Council, NIT Jamshedpur, for
attending this seminar and lending their encouragement to this initiative.
A big thank you to the attendees whose enthusiasm and active engagement
made this seminar truly interactive and rewarding. We are grateful for your
presence.
Last but not the least I would like to express my gratefulness to the Office
bearers and coordinators of the Soft Skills Club, your tireless efforts behind the
scenes ensured every detail was handled with precision. Your dedication has
been the backbone of this event’s success.
As we conclude this seminar, I’d like to emphasize that the lessons we have
learned today are stepping stones for future success. Let’s continue this journey
of growth and strive for excellence in everything we do.
Once again, thank you all for making this seminar a grand success. Wishing
