Ecuadorian gastronomy is a varied way of preparing foods and drinks
made in that country, which is enriched by multiculturalism,
contributions from the various regions and climates that make up the
same. This is because in Ecuador there are four natural regions—
Litoral or Coast, Inter-Andean or Sierra, Amazonian and Insular or
Galapagos—with different customs and traditions.
Today I am going to talk to you about two dishes:
1)Bolones:This dish is very well known. Green banana fufú, green
bolon, mofongo, cat's head, banana ball or tacacho is a typical food
of the Caribbean basin and part of the Amazon. It consists of a puree
of cooked and mashed green bananas. Optionally they can be mixed
with animal fat, meat or vegetables.
The ingredients for this dish are:
-Chees.
-Maduro/verde.
-salt
And if you want a meat sauce.
This Dish don’t have any metod to cook.
This Dish is diferente than the other dishes.
This Dish don’t have any variations.
I know this Dish is very popular in Ecuador ,because its taste is so
crounchy and delicious.
2) Encebollado:this is a Dish in the family of soups.Encebollado,
whose generic meaning is food seasoned with a lot of onion and
seasoned with spices, is also a typical Ecuadorian dish originating
from the coastal region. It is considered the dish emblem of
Ecuadorian gastronomy.
The ingredients for this Dish are:
-Fish.
-condiments.
-Salt.
-Yuca.
-Cilantro.
-Pop corn/ Chifles.
And if You want oil, tomato sauce and mayones.
It doesn’t have a metod .
This Dish is litter diferent.
This dish has two variations.
1)Encebollado of Chicken.
2)Encebollado Without cassava/Dish.
This dish is very loved and known in Ecuador for its flavor and
ingredients.
Ecuador It has its own traditions such as the black mother or also the
intirraimi.
In conclusion, Ecuador has its attractions and its traditions.
