KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between:

I, __________________________________________of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with


postal address at ______________________, Philippines, herein referred to as the FIRST
PARTY;

And

with postal address at ______________________, Philippines herein referred to as the
SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY, is the owner of that parcel of land covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title ______________________________ situated at
______________________, Benguet, Philippines;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY hereby authorizes the SECOND PARTY to


occupy the said parcel of land and to use the same for any legal purpose including the
leasing of the same for ______________________________;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY also authorizes the SECOND PARTY to apply for
a business permit for the registration of the said parking space for rent;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY shall voluntarily vacate the space anytime if
the FIRST PARTY shall need it so;

BREACH OR DEFAULT- Any party who violates any of the foregoing terms and
conditions shall be liable for damages resulting therefor;

WHEREAS, this contract shall be binding to the PARTIES, their heirs and
assigns and shall be faithfully complied with.
