MIRANDA RIGHTS

ENGLISH
You have the right to remain silent.
Any statement you make may be used for or against you in any court of law in
the Philippines.
You have the right to have a competent and independent counsel preferably of
your own choice.
If you cannot afford the services of counsel, the government will provide one for
you.
You have the right to demand physical examination by an Independent and
competent doctor of your own choice.
If you cannot afford the services of a doctor, the state shall provide one for you.
Do you understand these rights?

PILIPINO
May karapatan kang hindi magsalita.
Anumang sabihin mo ay maaring gamitin laban sa lyo sa lahat ng korte sa
Pilipinas.
May karapatan kang pumili ng sarili mong abogadong may kakayahan at
malaya.
Kung di mo kayang bayaran ang serbisyo ng Isang abogado, maglalaan ang
gobyerno ng isa para sa lyo.
May karapatan kang pumili ng doktor na mahusay at malaya na magsasagawa
ng eksaminasyong pisikal.
Kung hindi mo kayang bayaran ang serbisyo ng doktor, ang gobyerno na ang
maglalaan para sa'yo.
Nalintindihan mo ba Ang mga karapatang ito?
