We welcome everyone, to OPSCON 2.0 - Redefining Health-care by
achieving operational and clinical excellence. It’s fantastic to see
such a great turnout for this year’s event
Before we dive into the day’s sessions, let’s take a moment to look
back at where it all started. Last year, at OPSCON 2023, we brought
together leaders and professionals from across the health care
industry to discuss the future of hospital operations. It was an
incredible experience, and the success of last year’s conference set
the stage for what we have in store today.
To give you a glimpse of the energy, insights, and collaboration that
made OPSCON so impact , we’ve prepared a short video. Let’s take

conversations that started last year and the progress we’ve made

Sir joined KIMS hospital in 2013 and led strategy and marketing,
overseeing the expansion of five additional units
Appointed as CEO in 2019, he acquired Sunshine Hospitals and
Kingsway Hospitals.
Sir was selected by Hillary Clinton's office for a US State
Department program on oncology.
Recognized in Business World's "BW 40 Under 40" list, he guided
KIMS Hospitals to a successful listing on Indian stock exchanges
in 2021. Dr. Bollineni is passionate about leveraging technology
to enhance patient experience and clinical care, implementing
initiatives like SAP, Patient Self Service Portal, and AI-powered
Financial Counselling Tool.

commissioning 7 affordable cancer hospitals in april 2022.
Sir has held various leadership positions in healthcare
organizations such as Apollo Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospitals,
IPE Global Ltd, and Ernst & Young Ltd.
He has worked in several countries as a consultant and have a
diverse educational background in hospital administration,
management sciences, medicine, and surgery.
He has also published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
