Abstract

This documents explores article by Mohhammed Dilu Hussen. It mainly focusses of the issue of
constitutional interpretation in the country; what model does the country follow to undertake this
critical task and evaluation under which wheather the model used by the country is sound or not. It
also tried to compare and contrast the constitutional interpretation of the country with other
countries including Germany. This review strictly supports the presumption given by the author
within possible modificatins since the article on itself is backed by some of weaknesses which will
be disscussed later. Although the article clearly described some of challenges of the system, it faild
to provide alternative remadies to fix the poroblems and political reasons behind following this
approach by the country. Moreover,we have tried to identify some of weakness and strengthes of the
article. Furthermore, our summary on this particular article on the issue of constitutional
interpretation is by seeting potential solution to be taken in to acount which will be disscussed in
detail in the next section.
