WORKSHOP RULES & REGULATIONS

1. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY


 Strict Inventory Control – Every tool, spare part, and component
must be communicated to.
 No Personal Use of Resources – Using workshop materials for
personal repairs is strictly prohibited.
 Power & Equipment Use – Machines must be turned off after use to
prevent unnecessary power consumption.

2. SAFETY & SECURITY PROTOCOLS


 Fire & Electrical Safety – No exposed wires, overloaded sockets,
or unsafe electrical handling is allowed.
 Strictly No Alcohol or Smoking in the Workshop
 Strictly No Phone Charging in the Workshop – Outsiders are not
allowed to charge their phones in the workshop.

3. CLEANLINESS & WORK ENVIRONMENT


 The workshop must be cleaned every morning before work begins
 Workbench Must Be cleaned after every task, no unfinished work
should clutter the space.
 Waste Disposal – Old parts, wires, and electronic waste must be
disposed of properly.
 No Eating or Drinking on the workbench to prevent spills and
contamination.
4. CUSTOMER WORK & TIME MANAGEMENT
 Job Tracking System – Every customer job must be recorded and
assigned a completion deadline.
 Deadline Discipline – No job should remain unfinished beyond the
set date unless there is a valid reason.
 Customer Respect Policy – No rude behavior, delays without notice,
or mishandling of customer devices.
 Quality Check Before Handover – Every repaired device must be
tested before giving it back to the customer.

5. WORK DISCIPLINE & ETHICS


 Strict Opening & Closing Time – Workers must arrive on time and
leave at the designated hour.
Opening Time; 07:30
Closing Time; 18:00

6. PENALTIES & ENFORCEMENT


 First Violation – Verbal warning.
 Second Violation – Verbal warning.
 Third Violation – suspension (two weeks).
 Severe Offenses – Immediate termination
