As per the instructions from the Hon. Health Minister Medical Education (Maharashtra

State) vide the above referred circular, it is the moral responsibility of the Deon, Foculty,

Students, lnterns, PostGroduote Resldents, Resldents, Focultyand Other Doctors to wear

APRON while in the Hospital & Medlcal College premlses.

1. Principals, teachers, pre-graduate/post-graduate/inter-resident students, resident

doctors and all other doctors should wear aprons and create an ideal and disciplined

environment in colleges and hospitals. lt is compulsory to wear apron in college and

hospital premises.

2. Regular wear aprons shall be off white, clean, neat and all buttoned etc.

3. The apron should be worn properly; it should not be worn in the hand, on the

shoulder, or tied to the bangle, etc.

4. lf any teacher, student or resident doctor is not wearing the apron or if it is noticed

that the apron is nqt worn properly disciplinary action will be taken against the

defaulters
