Minutes of the Meeting


Junior High School
S.Y. 2024-2025

The first institutional meeting was held on August 2, 2024, at 1:15 p.m. in the ICT Laboratory room
of Diadi National High School, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya, with the Senior High School department serving as
the presiding officer. The teachers signed the attendance sheet as they entered the room. An audio-visual
show began the meeting with the singing of the National Anthem and the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn. This was
followed by the recitation of the Panata sa Bagong Pilipinas.

Right after that, Sir Owen James Gume led the teachers in reciting the Education Quality Policies
Statement followed by Ma’am Daisy P. Roque in reciting the DNHS Mantra. Sir Aljhun Manzano also led
the afternoon prayer, Ma’am Naïve Ruiz, actively checked the attendance of DNHS teachers, and Ma’am
Erlinda S. Antonio shared the Food for Thought.

A. Finance Update
 Discussion on the MOOE and reimbursement.
 Teachers should complete the request form 2 weeks before conducting the activity.
 Lists of needed attachments for reimbursement.
 Approved travels for S.Y. 2024-2025.
 Teachers should submit the travel order before traveling.
 The Principal strictly told that all Travel Orders, not signed by the Office of the
Principal will not be funded.
 Programs/Events for reimbursement for the first (1st) week of August.
 Budget allocation for S.Y. 2024-2025.
 DNHS Bank Balances
 Budget for 2nd and 3rd Quarter for S.Y. 2024-2025.
