General description
FCS -D (Direct drive) & FCS -B (Belt drive) fans are ideal for general purpose exhaust appli-
cations including: bathrooms, garages, general kitchen areas, offices, churches, dormitories,
factories, large warehouses and other relatively clean air applications. They feature a weather-
resistant, seamless spun aluminum housing which works in conjunction with a patented wheel
design and deeply spun inlets to provide smooth quiet air flow through the ventilator. The
centrifugal wheels are aluminum, non overloading, backward inclined, robotically welded, and
dynamically balanced.

Roof Exhaust Upblast
General description
FCVS -D (Direct drive) & FCVS -B (Belt drive) fans are ideal for general purpose exhaust
applications including: bathrooms, garages, general kitchen areas, offices, churches, dor-
mitories, factories, large warehouses and other relatively clean air applications. They feature
a weather-resistant, seamless spun aluminum housing which works in conjunction with a
patented wheel design and deeply spun inlets to provide smooth quiet air flow through the
ventilator. The centrifugal wheels are aluminum, non overloading, backward inclined, roboti-
cally welded, and dynamically balanced.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
These roof fans are suitable for extracting large air volumes. Therefore they
are particularly designed for air exchange of large volume premises and plants. sez.

Main features of TACC series are high strength, easy installation and mainte-
nance, high efficiency (thanks to axial impeller with airfoil blades). This range
has the possibility to be easily ducted and, if required, the possibility of making a
version for air intake (with reverse flow). The use of the TACC series is foreseen
for clean air with temperature range from -15°C to + 50°C.
CONSTRUCTION
• Fixing base in steel sheet + HDG Coated.
• Casing in steel sheet, HDG coated.
• Axial impeller with aerofoil profile blades inglass reinforce polyamide and die-
cast aluminium hub, balanced according ISO 1940. Variable pitch angle in
still position with setting means.
• Weatherproof upper cover in fiberglass.
• Airflow from motor to impeller.
• Protection guard on outlet side, in steel rod, manufactured according to
norms UNI 10615 and weatherproof.
• Asynchronous three-phase motor according to international standards IEC
60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2014/30/UE, LVD 2014/35/UE, CE marked, IP 55,
class F. All suitable to S1 service (continuous working at constant load).

DESCRIPTION
The tube axial fans of TA-HP series are used for ducted/ non ducted installation requiring
large air flow with relatively low pressure drop, general ventilation and extraction, cooling
and refrigeration in industrial, naval, commercial, civil, energy fields, electromechanical
cooling, environmental control -crop storage, petrochemical process ventilation,This series
has the advantage of being smaller in dimension and easier to install. The series consist of

different sizes with impeller diameter from 400 to 1250 mm. TA-HP fans can be fitted with
motor of different polarity depending required performances. Suitable for conveying clean
air with temperature from -10ºC to 70ºC. 2
CONSTRUCTION
• Long Casing in sheet steel, with fixing flanges manufactured according to UNI ISO
6580-EUROVENT standard.
• Protected against atmospheric agent by HDG (Hot Dip Galvanizing) fully adjustable high
performance Axial Impeller with aero foil profile blades and hub in Die Cast Aluminium,
x-ray Inspection, Multiple blade configurations for optimum performance, all impeller
are statically and dynamically balanced according ISO1940 and AMCA 204-G2.5 Standard.
• Variable pitch angle in still position with setting means, Impeller directly coupled to the
motor and air flow from impeller to motor, all fans after assembly are trim-balanced to
ISO1940 and AMCA 204 -G2.5 standard.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The fans of the PRL-TC series find their main application in commercial and industrial
plants of air-conditioning, ventilation, heating and filtering; they can be used as well in
industrial processing (baker ovens, spray booths, driers, boilers, silos, cooling systems,
etc.). PRL-TC fans can convey clean or slightly dusty air and smoke with maximum tem-
perature of 180ºC. Suitable for very high capacities and low pressure.
CONSTRUCTION
• Volute casingn in steel sheet, protected against atmospheric agents by epoxy paint.
• Aerodynamically shaped inlet one in steel sheet, protected against atmospheric agets
by epoxy paint.
• Single inlet backward curved wheel with high efficiency, manufactured in steel sheet
and epoxy painted.
• For high rotational speed, versions in class 3 are foreseen.
• Mono-block support in cast iron with ball bearings, designed for easy lubrication. Pul
PRL-TC C SERIES leys, belts and motor support. Belt protection guard.
• Asynchronous three-phase motors according to international standards IEC 60034,
IEC 60072, EMC 2004/108/CE, LVD 2006/95/CE, CE marked, IP 55, class F, (conti
nuous working at constant load), suitable to S1 service.

TMF In - Line Centrifugal Fans
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The TMF is a series of centrifugal in-line fans with the advantage, typical of
axial fans, to convey air along the same axis of the impeller. This feature, the
limited dimensions and the standardized inlet and outlet sizes grant a particular
ease of installation. The low noise level and the good pressure head make them
ideal for industrial and residential installations, in extracting hoods and small
exhausting plants, since they can be installed in any point along the duct or at
the duct ends, either in intake or exhaust. They are suitable to convey clean air
up to a maximum temperature of 60°C.
CONSTRUCTION
• Casing in steel sheet, protected against atmospheric agents by epoxy paint.
• Single-phase electric ball-bearing motor with non-self resetting thermal cut-
out, particularly suitable for speed regulation.
• Backward curved centrifugal impeller with high efficiency and low noise
level. Statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940.
• Down stream guide vanes, for improved efficiency.
• External electric connections enclosed in a terminal box in self extinguishing
technopolymer, with IP44 protection.
• Performance in accordance with AMCA standard 210 and 300.
• Fans are supplied with fixing brackets and manufactured in galvanized steel
sheet, protected against atmospheric agents by epoxy paint and completed
with screws and wall plugs.

Direct drive double inlet box fans
General Description
The fan of the BOX-D series are particularly designed for air extraction, supply or filtration.
Their main characteristic is the low noise level which makes them ideal for urban environ-
ments (apartments, houses, bard restaurants, gymnasiums, offices) and industrial sites
where radiated noise is a problem. The low noise level is due to their plenum lined with
acoustic material, that allows a remarkable reduction of noise level, inevitably generated
by the fan. The blower consists of a double inlet forward curve centrifugal fan with built-in
motor.
Construction
• Profiless cabinet is manufactured in PPGI sheet with removable access panel to allow
easy access to fan and motor.
• The blower is fitted using suitable support feet and is completely isolated from the ca
sing by anti-vibration mounts and gaskets.
• Acoustic lining in self-extinguishing techno-polymer
• Double inlet blower, forward curved, with direct drive built-in asynchronous motor, sin
gle-phase or three-phase, particularly suitable for speed regulation (using the suitable
speed regulators shown in this catalogue).
• Flanged Inlet and outlet for easy Duct Work

Twin- Direct Drive Fan (Duty and Stand by)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The fan of the TWD Series are particularly designed for installation where it is mandatory to
guarantee an uninterrupted air exhaust even in case of failure. Its done by mean of fan in duty
and another one in stand by which starts automatically in case of breakdown of the first fan.
Duty and stand-by fans can be manually exchanged with a dedicated control panel, available in
different versions(Auto changeover Panel ).
CONSTRUCTION
• Cabinet is manufactured in PPGI sheet, removable access panel on top to allow easy access
to fan and motor.
• Acoustic lining in self-extinguishing techno polymer.
• Double inlet Blower, Forward curved, with direct drive builtin asynchronous Motor, single
phase or three phases, particularly suitable for speed regulation (using the suitable speed
regulator shown in the catalogue).
• The blower is fitted using suitable support feet and is completely isolated from casing by
anti-vibration mounts and gaskets.
OPTION FEATURES
• Version with double skin panels (20 mm thick)
• Different discharge orientation
• TW-D construction available in AL extruded profile on request with PPGI/AL sheet.
• Blowers with EC motors are available on request. Performance of these blowers are not
certified by AMCA.

Twin fan controller model AC-02/04 is designed using microcontroller technology & capable to
operate two fans as per the programmed time sequence. This controller has an in-built diagnostic and
controlling function, few key features as listed below:

Belt driven double inlet box fans
General Description
The fans of the BOX-T series are particularly designed for air extraction, supply or filtration. Their main
characteristic is the low noise level which makes them ideal for urban environments (apartments, houses,
bar, restaurants, gymnasiums, offices) and industrial sites where the noise is a problem. The low noise
level is due to their plenum lined with thick acoustic material, that allows a remarkable reduction of noise
level, inevitably generated by the fan. The blower consists of a double inlet forward curved centrifugal fan,
belt driven.
Construction
• Box-T Frame is with or without extruded aluminium profile and panels in PPGI sheet.
• Plenum lining of the with self-extinguishing techno-polymer material.
• Double inlet centrifugal fan with forward curved blades, driven by trapezoidal belts and fixed pitch pulleys.

Belt driven twin fans
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Belt driven twin fans series TW-D/T is the extension of the series TW-D direct drive. The
series is designed for installation where it is peremptory to guarantee an extraction (or
supply) uninterrupted of high flow rates. This purpose is reached by means of a fan of ser-
vice and another one in “stand-by” waiting for start automatically in case of breakdown of
the first fan. Duty and “stand-by” fans can be manually or automatically exchanged. Both
a.m. functions are achived by an electronic panel, available in different version (Automatic
Changeover AC upon request).
TW-D/T: Units are suitable for inlet duct, indoor and outdoor application.
CONSTRUCTION
• The twin units TW - D/T use a common outlet, with a system of gravity shutters that
prevents the air recycling through “stand-by” fan. Each fan is supplied with a flow
sensor which, in a case of failure of the duty fan, gives information to the changeover
panel will automatically alternate the working cycle of the fans.
• TW-D/T Frame is with or without extruded aluminium profile and panels in PPGI
sheet.
• Lined with technopolymer class I.
• Inlet and outlet coaxial suitable for being ducted either in exhausting and in taking.
