Dear Sir,

This letter confirms our 13 Philko Taekwondo's students’ participation in the upcoming National AGE
GROUPl Kyorugi tournament 2024.

I am writing to request your kind permission for our assistant coach, Ms. Jezebel Mardo, to coach our
athletes during the tournament in the 2 nd day. Unfortunately, our head coach, Pablo Calatong Jr is
currently suspended from coaching, and I, as the instructor also is unavailable this Sunday because I am
one of OIC of our GSP camping in our division.

Ms. Mardo is our experienced coach, and we are confident in her ability to guide our athletes effectively.

Attached are copies of our national instructor IDs and a screenshot of our previous message to you
confirming Ms. Mardo's coaching authorization. We would greatly appreciate to allocate our coaching
band to her for the tournament.
