FREE PROCEDURE

Personal Data are collected, integrated and addressed on the National Unique Registry Code (CURP 1) database and employed as support elements in the organization of the
Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB2) by means of the National Registry of Population and Personal Identitication Directorate (RENAPO 3) on the registry and identity accreditation of the
national population, and national population who reside outside the country; assigning and issuing the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP*). This database is registered on
the Persona System of the National Transparency Institute (INAI4), Public Information Access and Personal Data Security (https://persona.ifai.org.mx/persona/welcome.do).
The transfer of personal data and access rights, rectification, cancellation and opposition processes must be conducted by the means of the General Law Protection of Personal
Data under the Possession of Obligated People and other regulations. Visit https://renapo.gob.mx/ for more information about privacy notification.
