INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES (CODE 120)

(You are requested to go through these instructions carefully and understand the same
properly.)

1. Candidate must bring Photo Identification Card in original viz. Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Driving
License / Voter ID / Passport with the Admit Card alongwith a photocopy (Xerox) of the original
identity card.
2. Candidates without Admit Card will not be permitted to appear for the written examination.

3. Candidates must note that the name as appearing on the Admit Card (provided by the candidates)
should exactly match the name as appearing on the Photo ID proof. If there is any mismatch
between the name indicated in the Admit Card and Photo ID Proof the candidate will not be
allowed to appear for the examination.
4. In case of a Married Woman candidate, if she has not changed her maiden name on official valid
document needs to bring copy of Gazetted notification or marriage certificate as a proof of her
marriage.

5. Eligibility Criteria: Note that, even if you qualify in the written test or selected in the interview
thereafter and subsequently if it is found that you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by
the bank, your candidature/appointment will be cancelled.

6. The Admit Card does not constitute any employment offer.


7. You should report at the exam center 50 minutes before commencement of the examination.
Candidates arriving late at the examination center after commencement of examination will not be
permitted to give exam under any circumstances.

8. No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam hall in first 30 minutes and last 10 minutes.

9. Assuming that all information in the application form filled up by the candidate is correct, the
candidate has been given temporary admission by giving the Admit Card for the said examination.
If the information filled by the candidate through the application is found to be incorrect or false
at any stage, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled and the candidate will be
responsible for the consequences.

10. The signature of the candidate on the Admit Card, the signature on the attendance sheet present
at the time of examination and the signature on the application must be correct. If there is any
discrepancy, his/her candidature will be cancelled at any stage.

11. If any candidate misbehaves during the examination or at the examination center, appropriate
action will be taken as per the relevant law.

12. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or to bring political or other outside influence with
regard to their selection/recruitment shall be considered as DISQUALIFICATION.
13. Combined time to solve this test is 120 minutes (two hours).
14. Use of calculator, smart watches and mobile phones is not allowed. Please note that if any
candidate brings calculators, smart-digital watches, Bluetooth, mobile phones, pagers or other
materials or any other type of documents, he/she has to keep it in front of the hall at his/her own
risk.
15. Candidate who is found either copying or receiving or giving assistance during the test will be
disqualified. Do not tear off/open the Question Booklet unless you are asked to do so. Till then,
write down Roll No. and other details on Question Booklet and Answer Sheet and put your
signature till you are asked to open the Question Booklet. You can also read the instructions on
the cover page.

16. Bring two black ball pens with you; this will be required for marking the answers in the separate
“Answer Sheet” provided for the purpose.

17. Do all your rough work in the exam booklet and a rough worksheet attached with the booklet.

18. Objective test: The exam will consist of MULTIPLE CHOICE objective questions. Each question
will be followed by four options for answer. Please note that only one of the options is correct or
most appropriate.
19. Marking more than one answer will disqualify the answer and will not get any mark. No negative
marks for wrong answer.

20. The subjects, number of questions and marks for each question are as mentioned below:

21. For indicating the answer in the Answer sheet, darken the circle of answer number with Black Ball
Pen. For example, the answer to Q.001 is (b), then it has to be shown as follows:

22. After examination only answer key will be published on the Federation’s Website.

23. Kindly note that the Exam booklet alongwith Answer Sheet and/or Rough Worksheet are to be
returned to the hall/class invigilator.
