CRIMINOLOGY INTERN WEEKLY AFTER DUTY REPORT DATE: Feb 6-10, 2012 TEAM: Charlie AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: PPO OBSERVATION: In my own observation during my first day of duty in the PPO I notice that many people who apply for the probation. They group us in two groups for the two offices of probation. I belong to the second group. The first days of our duty are very well and we felt comfortable to the probation officer they are very nice to us. They orient us to what we should do if there are person who apply for the probation. We need to interview the person who applies. They make us feel that we belong to their family and they ready to accept us. They thought us some important thing that we need to do. If there are person who applying probation but we did not expect that in the first day of our duty there will be disasters that will happen in the first day of our duty. That is earthquake and and the office is suspended in the afternoon. The coming next day we try to be fine even the probation officer are not ready to duty because of what happened. But we continue to do our duty we help them to interview and explain the role of the PPO if they will grant to being probationer. I found out also that every once a month the probationer must come back to the PPO for their gathering of all probationers. They must attend for their attendance and PPO give some lesson to them and sometimes the probationer open up some of their problem to the front of their co probationer and probationer officers I found out also found out also that their so many applying probation who are in the high society and professional. There was no problem happened in the day of our duty in the PPO.

CRIMINOLOGY INTERN WEEKLY AFTER DUTY REPORT DATE: Feb 6-10, 2012 TEAM: Charlie AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: PPO OBSERVATION: In the first day of my duty in PPO the probationer officer give us orientation about the rule in PPO and what we need do to during our duty in PPO. The probation officer are very kind to us they are nice. They explain what we need to do during interview to the people who apply probation. But that day the earthquake happened so we need to stop the interviewing some of the applicant in probation we need to go down in the PPO for our own safety and they announce that there will be no work. On the following day we do our job because many applicants who ware there waiting to granted tier probation. So we start interviewing some applicant that day and we found out that some of them are have a sable lifestyle and they are professional. I also found out that the work of the probation officer is not easy they need to go to the house of the allying probation to conduct interview to the family, neighborhood, fiends, enemy, and other person to get some background of that person. They also do the similar of the probationer every once a month for their gathering and other activity that they needed. They must attend to said activity for their attendance. The probation officers are very kind to us and nice. They approach us very kindly and nicely.

They give us something that we learned we lessen what they said so we can have idea on what we have to do during our duty. The probation officer are very kind to us they are nice.
