Personally, I can't just name one particular favorite band.

Mainly because
my music preference depends
on my mood and current life situation. However from lots of well-known
bands I'd like to share my
thoughts on the one that is less famous, compared to music giants. And I'm
talking about Rammsein

Rammstein is a German metal band formed in January 1994 in Berlin. The


musical style of the group belongs to the genre of industrial metal. The
main features of the group's work: a specific rhythm in which most of the
compositions are sustained, and shocking lyrics. The group was especially
famous for their stage performances, often accompanied by the use of
pyrotechnics, which received recognition in the musical environment. The
compound of the group has never changed.

As of 2018, the group has sold about 20 million albums

Interesting fact about the group name: On August 28, 1988, at the
Ramstein airbase, during an air show with the participation of the Italian
aerobatics group Frecce Tricolori, three aircraft collided, as a result of
which 70 people died and more than three hundred were injured. According
to one version, the Rammstein musicians were not aware of this tragedy
when they came up with the band's name. (the song of the same name
"Rammstein" from the group's debut album Herzeleid tells about this
tragedy ).
