Narrative NARRATIVE REPORT
Report In compliance with the Division Memorandum No. 152, s. 2024 informing
all schools, public and private, in Bulacan to administer the National
Achievement Tes in Grade 6 (NATG6), San Gabriel Elementary School
conducted the test on April 3, 2024. The test was given to 28 Grade 6 pupils
whose names were system/computer generated.
The national assessment aims to: a. Determine if the learners are meeting
the learning standards; b. Help provide information to improve instructional
practices; c. Assess/Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of education
service delivery using learning outcomes as indicators, provide empirical
information as bases for curriculum learning delivery, and assessment policy and
reviews, and policy formulation.
The activity started exactly 8:00 am with room examiner Mrs. Ma. Juliet
Geronimo from Camangyanan Elementary School. The 28 pupils were divided
into two groups consisting of 14 pupils each group-Batch 1 and Batch 2. Batch 1
started at exactly 8:00 am and Batch 2 at exactly 1:00 pm. It was administered
smoothly and strictly following the guidelines and procedures. SGES Principal
Mrs. Ma. Fe D. Farne monitored the activity strictly. Mrs. Geronimo secured all
materials and put inside and sealed in the appropriate envelopes before leaving
the testing area.
