SK Chairman
Brgy. Obrero, Cabanatuan City

Sir,

Good day! This letter is to respectful present a proposed collaboration between the Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK) and the Obrero Elementary School- School Governance Council (SGC) in launching a
Sports Training Program for Intermediate Pupils. This initiative aims to promote physical fitness,
discipline, and teamwork among Grades 4-6 students while strengthening their potential in various
sports disciplines.

Through this program, we envision weekly sports training sessions, mentorship from experienced
trainers, and culminating competitions that will serve as a platform for developing young athletes.
Given the SK’s commitment to youth development and our shared goal of fostering an active and
healthy lifestyle, we believe that your support and participation would be invaluable in ensuring the
success of this project.

In this regard, we respectfully seek the assistance of your esteemed office in the following areas:

 Financial or in-kind support for sports equipment, training materials, and other logistical
needs.
 Assistance in coordinating with potential trainers, volunteers, or resource persons.
 Participation of SK representatives in the planning and implementation of the project.

We are confident that, through this partnership, we can create meaningful opportunities for the
youth to engage in sports, develop life skills, and build strong community connections. We would be
happy to discuss this initiative further at your most convenient time and explore how we can align
this program with SK’s existing projects.

Thank you for your continuous dedication to the welfare of the youth. We look forward to your
positive response and to working together in empowering our young learners through sports.

Truly yours,

PERLA M. BINUYA
SGC Elected Co-Chairman

PERLITA M. PUYAT
