ChatGPT is an Artificial Intelligent software created by OpenAI and was released in the year
2022 it builds on top of GPT-3 to make it possible for human-like communication through text
surfing applications Since being unveiled, ChatGPT has become very well known around the
world for its vast functionalities like question answering and essay writing as well helping out
on several educational categories (Heaven 2023; George & George 2023). According to
Rudolph et al. ChatGPT has since become quite popular as a tool that can assist students
with assignment and coursework solutions. (2023) Nowadays in academia, ChatGPT has
been used more broadly to support learners struggling with accuracy of language use,
cohesion, and academic conventions. ChatGPT helps at any level and with all our writing
problems about vocabulary, grammar, or having coherent paragraphs from the research
levels to submitting it for final review as it is a quick AI-powered tool: (Shiri, 2023). It has
become a useful tool and is giving rise to an ethical debate concerning academic honesty,
copying-pasting of text (assimilative writing), plagiarism, and the identification between them
in student work as well (Lund et al., 2023; Dergaa Ismailet al. ChatGPT, they say, is
transforming scholarly writing in ways that are unprecedented; at the same time, it can still
hinder certain vital features such as originality and intellectual creativity.
After such powerful AI language models as ChatGPT, many new and innovative ways of
working in order to improve our writing skills are beginning. From this research, we can also
say that by offering more users’ drafts and providing interactive feedback from ChatGPT as
primer 3 each round of refinement iteration is going to indirectly enhance the writing process
itself which will enforce utilizing a continuous accustomed manner for matureness. Aimed at
enhancing the correctness and fluency of students' language use since accuracy (Chen &
Dai, 2023) is an essential component in effective communication as highlighted by Zhang
(2023), ChatGPT operates to correct errors in grammatical structure, syntax, or word
formation. Such features are of particular benefit to students who have difficulties with
language mechanics since it operate as a formative partner, encouraging confidence and
self-directedness (Zhou, 2023; Gao, 2022).
It also brings a compositional element into play by making suggestions as to what might help
improve clarity, organization, and word choice in your question. This helps students refine
their thoughts (Sun & Teng, 2022; Lu, 2022), and then better present them in organized
results with effort-saving hybrid of human plus AI involvement leading to more cohesive final
outcomes Sun et al. Guided on both sentence structure and content flow, ChatGPT is an AI-
based virtual editor that provides tailored instructive feedback for students to tip their hats in
this writing style or expression (Xie & Li 2023; Chen & Liu 2022; Zou et al.
This flexibility of writing genres in which students can become proficient makes ChatGPT
one of its key features. ChatGPT is enhancing the skillset of students through different
writing formats, from summaries and essays to reports or creative expression which may
cater to more adaptability among academic dimensions (Li & Ma 2023; Li 2022; Xu & Shen
2023). This adaptability is an important skill in academia and the workforce, which often asks
people to prove they have mastered different forms of writing. For example, a student might
use ChatGPT to write a brief recap for their science class or craft an elaborate position
paper in humanities which would enable them with genre-specific learning applicable across
the academic spectrum (Liu & Sun 2023; Xie & Wang 2022).
Moreover, ChatGPT provides multimodal assistance for students to complete numerous
writing tasks both inside and beyond the classroom digitally at a university (Wang, 2023; Sun
& Teng Iratziak — Zhou & Ma Langile, 2022). ChatGPT helps students with one of the most
important stages in writing: prewriting, by offering tools that support their planning allowing
them to produce organized, well-thought-out work. This organized method enables pupils to
battle onerous jobs with an extra approach, making the writing process much less terrifying
(Chen et al. 2023; Li & Dai 2022; Xu & Zhou 2023).
One important way in which ChatGPT helps the practice of writing is that it feeds into a
larger culture known as self-directed learning. Reflective practice trains students to self-
evaluate - while enhancing their problem-solving capacities (Lu, 2022; Chen & Dai, 2023; Xu
& Ma, 2023) ChatGPT feedback and iterative drafts provide students with an independent
learning tool that helps to self-assess, self-correct — especially crucial if one has any hope
of writing well (-Zhang & Wu (2023), Yao et al., 2023, Liu & Chen, 2023).
