Admission is only allowed from the opening of the museum to the last admission time. No
admission will be allowed outside of admission hours
Once you activate a pass, it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by
more than one person
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
Please note that all participants must enter the attractions together under the same booking. Separate
entry is not allowed
Tickets can only be used on the selected date and cannot be used outside the selected dates. You
cannot enter without a voucher
Participants with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once
inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. Please take note that the wheelchairs are the
standard type, without any special accessories
Please note that you will be barefoot during the experience. Water levels can rise to knee height for
adults
Small children are recommended to wear clothes that they don't mind getting wet, or to bring a change
of clothes for them
If your clothing gets wet, the staff will ask you to change. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed
entry into the next artwork with wet clothes. If you do not have a change of clothes, there are towels
available to rent. Please wipe off your wet clothes before entering the next artwork
Please note that an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Your underwear may reflect on the mirror
surface if you wear a skirt or wide-hemmed pants. It is highly recommended to wear pants during the
experience
The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue
Due to the facility's intricate layout, pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering
Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 23 cm wide, 34 cm deep,
and 37 cm high
Please note that some artworks display flashing lights and loud noises
The exhibition will be open to the public in case of light rain. The exhibition may be canceled in case of
strong rain with strong winds such as typhoons
Due to safety reasons, certain areas are not accessible to pregnant women
For visitors with children, please ensure you hold their hand at all times to avoid any potential danger
Please note that video or photo recording at the site may take place without prior notice

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb
or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live
broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
